    Charles fight’s like a literal “spider”, how he attaches himself to his opponents, drains there stamina, and then bites them with the submission

      Might have something to with his losses are 3 rounds and after and gasses out himself

    • @raymondbaldonado3563
      @raymondbaldonado3563 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mullah4638 what the fuck are you even talking about? Do you just make things up in your head and type them? His last loss was 5 years ago so that's completely irrelevant first of all. Second of all, it's not even an accurate statement; only one of his 8 losses was in round 3 and all of his losses were against UFC legends and/or hall of famers.

      @@mullah4638 nothing to do with that at all. Charles is a competely different fighter than he was serveral years ago. You have to judge a fighters capability by his last fights not how he lost 3rd round fights 4-5+ years ago.

    Charles uses his ground game as an offensive when striking. Very early on, he will pretend to be hurt and get dropped to see if his opponent wants to go to the ground or not. Once he finds out they won't, he starts getting more aggressive when striking because if he does get hurt, he knows his opponent has low confidence in getting to the ground. That happened for his previous fights. Wasn't hurt, just caught a good shot and wanted to test his opponent. It's both for recovery and so he can gauge how he should adjust his striking.

    • @jonathanmunguia1030
      @jonathanmunguia1030 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In previous oponents that may work but in this case hes fighting islam..... real question is how will oliveira be on the ground if and when it gets there compared to islam who is mainly dominant on the ground

    • @MynameisBrianZX
      @MynameisBrianZX ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@jonathanmunguia1030 I'm a fan of Islam but Oliveira's BJJ is going to be a problem. Sure, Oliveira has been taken down a lot before, but on the way down his legs are setting up sweeps and submissions, and if that doesn't work he's making it as hard as possible to advance position or strike. Islam's proven he can go toe to toe with elite wrestlers, it'll be cool to see how he handles an elite on the ground.
