George Hickman is the head coach of Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA gym in Phuket which is arguably one of the best MMA gyms in the world right now! In this video I train and have a chat with George who has hosted and trained multiple fighters in the UFC like Weili Zhang, Jiří Procházka, Alexander Volkanovski and other high level fighters competing in major fight organisations around the world.
