Let's resurrect the maritime cooperation with China and this time let's make it work. Our focus should be economic development. The Chinese government can be a trustworthy partner.
Majority of Filipinos don't think that China is cooperative. Its main objective is to take over Ayungin shoal the moment we lossen our guard and leave the area.
You need to do your homework and resurch friend. China has one goal in mind when it comes to the Philippines natural resources and that is feed it's own people and provide cheap oil and power. Keep dealing with a communist country and evil dictatorship like there your friend and the Philippines will be eating it's rice off the ground. ☠️
PLA has done it in the past, using laser beams (dazzlers) in an attempt to temporarily disable pilots, crewmembers or military personnel: May 4, 2018 in Djibouti involving US military pilots (C-130J), February 17, 2020 involving a P-8A in the Arafura Sea, and February 17, 2022 involving a US P-8A in the Pacific (international waters). In the last instance, the Chinese destroyer 161 utilized a laser invincible to the naked eye but was detected by a sensor onboard the plane. And in a report in June 2018, US military officials told CNN that there were at least 20 suspected Chinese laser incidents in the eastern Pacific from September 2017 to June 2018. Not the first time, and same response from PRC goverment/military- denial or downplaying the incident. PRC government's DECEPTIVE DIPLOMACY being projected to place PRC at no fault, with no accountability and that no violation was committed.
