I never thought Deeg's was going to get that close to the win in the second moto . I was convinced he would be stuck with a third place finish because the gap was close to 10 seconds with very minimal time left . That was one of the most impressive things I've ever seen in my life , this kids really really special .

No he has a everyone fades after 15 minutes and he don't fade... so he moves up. thats the difference. He was consistently 15 ish seconds down for the first half. Then he caught up
He is like secretariat, he only gets faster toward the end of the race. Hand's down and 100% for Deegan for racing with that much passion and energy toward the end of both moto's. Hat's off the kid - that heart and pure desire to win was displayed once again.

38 had the fastest lap at 2min10sec until Chase in the 450 final. He made up like 6 seconds in that last lap. Deegan = 🔥🔥🔥🔥🤙

If Deeg's gets a good start it's over , nobody has a chance . It all comes down to the clock and how much time is left , no lead is safe if Deeg's is on the track and time hasn't run out .
we’ve seen at previous races that if he gets a start he’s gone, if he doesn’t, he will bulldog his way through the pack, 250’s are the most exciting this year yet again

@@Erick-di9gm I just wanna see both 100% duking it out every moto. There super similar in speed and any given track one may be better. It’s just exciting to watch, sadly it rarely happens.
Before the race began I was thinking, honestly, I hope Deegan doesn’t get the best of starts. Especially after having those two motos where he made a very small mistake. I thought if he could focus in front of him and start charging, he would find his focus both motos. Which is exactly what he did. I was hoping for two better starts than what he got lol! But… Doing what he did today gave him more confidence than if he got out front in both and ran away. All these motos did was continue to prove to himself and all the fans/industry that this kid is the real deal. That he’s the best 250 rider in the class. It wasn’t luck. It wasn’t because of anything other than him being the best. You don’t see guys charge like he did in the 250s other than how Jett and Hunter did when they won titles. He was over 10 seconds back (somewhere around there at least) with 2 laps left in the second moto, and he literally willed those two 2:10 lap times into existence. That was completely insane to see. Amazing race. Very happy for Masterpool and his win for PC’s 300th win. What an accomplishment.
Haiden Deegan, makes too many riding errors and mistakes. He is quick.

In the second moto, the 2 KTM riders lined up on both sides of him and actually go back and watch what they did. But I thought Deegs was out of the running for the win in both motos he'll he was 17 seconds back in moto 1 and won and in moto 2 with 2 laps left was 12 seconds back and lost by .302.. Congratulations to Masterpool. Deegs was classy on the Podium giving Ty Congratulations.

I could not be more happy for Ty!! He completely has worked his a$$ off the past couple of years and just found out about the family stuff as well when they mentioned it. So glad he at least has both a moto win and an overall under his belt. You can see that every race he has improved getting used to the 250 and High Point and it showed! He really seems like such a well grounded young man like most of all the riders in our sport. They can speak when being interviewed, are articulate and don't mumble and say bro and yo like so many multi millionaires in the pro ball sports: NFL, NBA, etc.

Great highlights. Definitely makes me want to watch live! Usually watching a dominant rider like Jett is boring, but even when he's out front with a comfortable lead, his style alone is great to watch!

@@waynecaudle2204 to be completely honest, I think the comment that "everyone is in danger," wasn't actually a jab at him racing dirty. I think it means he's so good on the track, everyone else needs to watch out for his speed. Still he has been aggressive quite a lot in his first few seasons.
Thank goodness for Chase the last two years outdoors. Chasing end of prime Eli and a phenom. He is pushing obviously but man, it would be boring without him. And he seems like a fine young man.
Deegan reminds me of a young Ryan Villopoto or Baggett before breaking his wrist. If Deegan can stay healthy, we're going to have an Aussi vs USA fight for the foreseeable future.

21:49 Jett Pass, Chase sends the downhill, Jett sick af scrub, Chase sneaks back by. Really awesome to finally see Jett and Sexton racing each other vs. follow-the-leader last year. They are insanely fast. Hunter did great Moto 1, 250s were great races. I missed the full events but saw someone say the races were boring... no way. #1 & #4 is like watching Villopoto vs. Villopoto

Why did master-pool get the overall win? they both went 1-2 and Haydens 2nd place was a less than second behind and master pools second place was over a second behind?
If they tie on points the tiebreaker goes to the better second moto finish

How far behind the second place rider was in each moto is not relevant to that determination

Yeah I was thinking this the whole race. That track was so rough, looked like lots of loam up top but a hard jagged base underneath. Those ruts were the worst..
