The greatest 450 ride I’ve seen in my lifetime. Congrats Chase
100% That was awesome!
Only other last to first on a modern 450 i can recall is Herlings. This was the ride of Sextons career.

Having James paired with Weege makes watching dirt bike races enjoyable again. They add so much to moments like this. Hearing James’ amazement as Chase’ inner demons hold his throttle wide open and rip his brake lines off was awesome.
Agree he wouldn’t have caught Jett but fellas 40th to 2nd would have been just as impressive that boy is on rails he’s 2nd fastest right now amazing rider

Chase went insane after that tip over. Havent seen anyone let it hang loose like that in the 450's in a long time. You can tell he wanted that win.

Chase's ride was incredible, there's nothing else to say. Props to Jett for hanging tough in that 2nd moto CLEARLY injured. And Deegan even when he crashes somehow manages to put on a spectacle!

Yea I felt for the guy but chase was on a mission. AP had been in cruise control all moto, he wasn’t ready for what chase was bringing.

@@yukonjon5964 I was wondering the same thing, but it didn’t seem like anyone expected chase to push that far up so maybe they weren’t clocking him as being a threat till it was to late. Maybe they did and that was all he had. That being said he put in a solid ride, nothin to be ashamed of he sure gapped hunter and the rest.
man this is what makes motocross so much better than any supercross race. that was awesome racing and unfortunate jett had to get injured. deegan showing how much he wants to win without a second thought about trying get back on the bike knowing tom would be close.
The only reason I watch the highlights is to watch Hayden Deegan Win!!!
Man that was so reminiscent of James Stewart in 2003 at Budds Creek. 40th to 1st just like that but for Sexton to do it in the 450 class was so incredible.

I've watched this ride three times. The highlight reel should have been ten minutes of Sexton just giving it his all.
I've been watching motocross for fifty years and this is one of the best rides I've ever seen. He was in the zone and you know it felt just frigging great.
