I lost my baby brother to suicide almost 16 years ago and this song truly says everything.. I thought he knew we were there for him, I thought he knew his big sister was there whenever he needed. I wish apon everything I have been through and have come through that I had more time and more chances to show him he was not alone.
He did know you and your family was there for him and, he also knew you loved him and he loved it.....when it comes to males...his soul broke at sometime....and there is no fixing....women dont understand that..... Some men souls brake and it takes "whatever" to push them over the edge..... at the end of the day, all men are alone :(

After visiting my grandma in the hospital on my way back to Canberra this came on the radio. She was at the end of her life and I was the last person to hold her. This song always resonates with me. It's a beautiful song
I don't know if it's just me, but the chorus makes me feel like I'm right back in the 90s. I love how this gives me a sense of nostalgia.

Carsten Doig Me too man. I generally prefer Birds but I love Vool as well. He is a very talented bloke. My mates and I got to stand on the barrier for the show at the Triffid in Brisbane. Hectic as fuck! The stage presence of this guy is incredible. Only downside to the show: No epic keyboard solo in Wayside :( .
