Nice work, but a Jeep should have a 7-slot grille, yes? Personally I think it would look better with the honeycomb replacing the vertical "slats" on the backside

Funny you mention that right after I install the hood and it and closed it my hood cable would also broke. I ended up taking an extension putting it through the grill raising a 13 mm socket on a magnet between the bumper and the radiator. Remove the two nuts holding on the hood latch And of course I was thinking I should be making a video
Another great video. I have several jeep GC L 1999-2002 and they all have the one piece grill/bumper so what you did they switch to a 2 piece or is that something you done. You sure have the right camera and lighting figured it out. Thanks

It would look good if the honeycomb was behind the original Jeep Grille. No offense but the fake hid lights and grille look cheap. If you want a look like a BMW, buy one.

Yes that is what I started with was in a 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it does make it easier.

What year is your jeep? I have a 00 an looking to custom fit that 04 grill. I believe just the tabs are different but shape fits.
Mine is a 04. Yes the shape is the same from 99 to 04
