You are me and I am you re: the dog story. I too was afraid of dogs, but we never got one. So my doggy, the first one I've ever had, just made a year and he is my everything. I didn't know how amazing dogs were. I believe they are angels on earth. My doggy's name is Echo is he is a toy poodle (just 4 lbs). Lastly, Levi is absolutely adorable!

Levi is so cute! I have a chihuahua and she is truly my bestie. After my divorce it was just her and I and I think we bonded way more
Levi gave me the same comfort after a hard breakup. We are so blessed to have these fur babies in our lives
