Oh, and the second pair I would recommend is 7812 - This is great for up to 12 gauge also, but is so much easier to cut. Much larger head and also razor flush.

I am not a paid representative, and I will give you my honest opinion. I adore my cutters. I won't endorse a product I don't use or believe in. If you are working with gauges upto 16 gauge I would use 5613 (short handle) or 7613 (longer handles) this will cut up to 12 gauge. Right now I am working with 20 and 18 gauge and I have been relying heavily on 7513. The difference between the two is their head size. The 7513 is a bit smaller than the 7613. Both are Razor flush.

Totally agree! I love Tronex cutters. My absolute must have are 7223 razor flush cut. This is the tool needed to get into those tiny little areas to get that beautiful close flush cut. Great review Melissa!

Thank you so much for this and the one about the Tronex flat nose pliers. I had never heard of this company. I have pretty cheap tools (except my wonderful Swanstrom parallel action bail forming pliers) and have been wanting to save up for Lindstrom. But after watching this, and another video that came up because of watching the one on the pliers which talked about much reduced hand fatigue compared to Lindstrom, I think I'll have to save a bit more and go with these. Thank you!

I enjoyed your informative video. I use copper wire right now, usually 20 - 16 gauge. Which pair of cutters should I start with? I've gone through quite a few pairs of cutters and the burrs they leave are excessive. I prefer the RAZOR FLUSH. I didn't even know there was such a thing until I watched this video. I really need to know which to start with and then the second pair to buy in your opinion. I understand you represent Tronex but I don't really care....I also appreciate the made in USA.
