I love the Ulike device too 😍
Thanks for reviewing this ❤️ If you guys do your due diligence, find the skin genic ipl. Goes around hundred.
Thanks for flagging. I’ve also used a Philips IPL which I mention in this video but it wasn’t quite as good as this one - though it is good. Does the SkinGenics device have the cooling system?
@@thehonestchannelI asked they will have the ice version soon 🙌🏽
The skingenics IPL is painless.
Bhai, 4ra pe betting karne ka maza hi alag hai, especially jab guidance itna solid mile 📊
The Silkn brand worked great for me and my daughters , we are/were hairy Latinas. It’s far more economical and they give great seasonal discounts. I also use their Titan .
Hey:)) does it overheat or hurt and which one do you have?
Thanks to your video I went out and bought the Air 3, I managed to get a fair bit off the price if I ordered via the website directly so I’m super sorry for not using your link but your video made me feel confident that this might be the right one for me!
No need to apologize at all! I’m just glad you found the video helpful! Hope you get great results with the device.
Any updates please???
@@iir.3.7 oh, I am covered in tattoos and found out after I bought it that it’s not suitable for use on tattoos so haven’t actually been able to use it at all
I am interested to try the Tria for facial hair, and possibly the Ulike. Do you have any experience or information on the Illuminage with IPL and RF? It says it's effective on lighter hair colors(?) Thank you for your reviews!! :)
I haven’t tried the Iluminage I’m afraid. Thanks for watching my reviews! ❤️
I bought 2 tria devices, they were absolutely crap ! Would never buy another. My business was hair removal.
I prefer Monsia with ICE tech, painless hair removal unlike what i have tried in the past. :)
You are a lifesaver! I have also used two hair removal devices. The Tria was good, but I still have enough leftover stubborn hair and had been discussing with my husband spending the money on going to a professional laser clinic. Thank you!
I think this should do it. I thought the hairs on my knees would never go, but they have!
Hey Clare!!
I hope you had a good weekend!! I was wondering if you could do a Video that explains HIFU with and without LED-(brand, which ones are goof for the pprice)price. Does it really work? What is the difference between HIFU, Plasma devices, ozone devices. Are ozone devices the same as ionized devices?? Thank you!!
Ann
P.s.
Oh, I almost forgot, a video on the differences between the Nira Laser and the VOC Laser. Which one is better for what type skin....everything I mentioned in the comments are at home devices). And lastly, maybe Video on Nanoing while your Microneedling. I know that you Microneedle just once a month but for the rest of the month what else can you do to help fill in what Microneedling doesn't.
Ie. Lasering, Nanoing, ionizing, hifu, plasma, and so on...letting the skin on face, to restso it can heal. Kinda like another video about, 'how to make a monthly beauty routine' that includes all of the stuff I listed above or even thing you don't need to do bc you already got it taken care of by another device. And you show how to make the routine for one or two months and then we can use that as a outline and we can personalize our own.. It could be titled, 'Monthly Beauty Routine At Home', in conjunction with other devices that would help all parts of face. . Or something like that. Sorry if rambled on too much, your channel is always up to date about the body and face and everything else!! It's the perfect channel for being a woman living in the type of world it is to-date.
Thank You Again Clare!!❤
Take Care, And Stay True!
Hi Ann. So glad you find the channel helpful! These are really good suggestions. It's tricky to make a definitive video about which devices are better than others and for which skin types because so little research has been done on them that you can only really base advice on anecdotal and personal experience. That said, I will shortly be sharing my thoughts on the new Nira Pro and I'll talk within that video more widely about laser.
I'll also do something as close as I can get to a definitive guide to anti-aging devices later in the year based on my experience with the different technologies on offer.
@@thehonestchannel yeaaah!! Awsome! And I understand what ur talking about with the devices/tec. I couldn't agree with you more, on that one! But yeah, I read about the Nira and at first I was supper excited and thought to myself, "That's Easy"!! But then as l kept doing more and more research, it felt like you would most definitely have to really do the upkeeping to see and keep the results of what you want the Laser to do. I still hvn't been able to find real research about the VOC Laser. And, by that I mean not reading about it but, people trying it, really using it for a while, and what they think about the VOC laser....if you know what I mean. And as for the Beauty Calender thing is something I've been doing since the beginning of '23 and is really helpful, but I feel like I'm missing somethings to really get the full benefits of what I'm doing every month.
I feel like Real True Beauty comes from the Inside! But, when comes to the upkeep of what you have already been given....it's like each product, facials, devices you use, and so on... are pieces to a puzzle and in order to put the puzzle together you have know what each piece is, what it does, why should you use/do it, and how it works. And not forget about side effects......
...anyways rambling on to the end. Thank you for responding to me and I'll continue to watch learn and do my own trial and errors 🤯 and I will let you know what I find out (if that's okay) in the comments,.. To Age Gracefully! ♥ Stay Safe!😷
Cheers!
Great video. Can this product be used for eyebrows? Thank you:)
It could be used on any facial hair but it’s larger head would make it harder to target smaller areas. The Tria laser may be better for that.
Yaar, 4rab pe apni favourite team pe bet lagake jeetna, phir unke matches dekhna, best combo hai 💥
Thank you for the video!
I am interested in the Ulike, also because of the large price difference. I am wondering though if it would be as good as the Lumea without any add-ons for the different body zones. What is your take on that?
Thanks Larissa. I found even with the one tip I could easily use the Ulike on different areas of the body. The results have also held up so, to me, it really delivered.
Many thanks, I've been using a clinical laser but I decided to buy these things laser. According to ur experience , which brand(model) do you recommend as having longer effectiveness?
If I was starting all over again, the one I'd go for is the Ulike as a good all-rounder.
Does it work on lip and chin
I purchased the purple ulike. I used it for the first time yesterday. I was using the 2nd setting on my face. Even with my eyes closed and glasses on, I could see my skull light up, lol.
Lmao same
how is it going?
@@no-one0425 After 3 weeks, I do notice the hair in some areas slow to no growth and other areas seems not to be making a notable difference yet like facial hair. I think its because my facial hair is thicker so it will take longer for the device to do its job.
@@octogames6823 Hi, any news? I'm thinking of purchasing it
@@amya.3174 Its working good. I've been using it for a couple months now. I seem to be hairless every ware I used it except my face. 40% of my facial hair doesn't grow back anymore so I know its working, just taking a lot longer for the thicker hair. The hard part is sticking to a schedule. That's the real test, lol.
yea!!! my son is very embarrassed about the amount of hair he has. when he shaves his neck he gets such bad folliculitis. we have been looking at professional treatment. this might be a good option.
I’m sorry to hear he’s struggling with that. Might be worth seeing a dermatologist to talk through the options before trying something new. Hope you find a solution.
Hi there is a very good lotion for ur son that stops that , I will look for the name and get back to u
Thank you fir this great review! We tried the Faustina IPL on my husband chest hair. It worked at but at first, but all the hair came back :(
Laser is supposed to be longer lasting than IPL, though the Tria is not ideal for larger areas x
Have you reviewed any devices that work on the fine blond face hairs ?
I’m naturally really dark haired so haven’t tried anything for lighter hair. The Tria worked great on my darker hair.
After 12 weeks, how often should I use it? Thanks :)
Does this ipl also help with skin pigmentation in fair skin people?
Foreo is coming up with one, it is big! Im waiting for it to try.
Had Tria, it did not work best for me...
Oh, that will be an interesting one. I like their products.
Is it expensive ? I am in Canada and don't know what to chose between an epilator or lase IPL for at home. I am discourage honestly but not rich to go to the salon to do it. Any advise you have for me please ? Thank you
Is it the Peach 2 ?
@Karine I would not go with epilator. Ouch, I'm so glad I displaced mine. Ouch. IPL is the way to go, even if it's not permanent, it still better than any rasor cuts, weekly harassment on ur own skin! Ouch. Yes, peach something, it's not available yet, but I'm waiting for it, I'll use it on me, my husband and kids. It is great!!!
@@margareto1600 Thanks ! You think it will be available in Canada ? I thought IPL is permanent but takes times :) :)
thanks for the video. Have you tried LUBEX IPL Hair Removal?
I haven't I'm afraid.
Does it last live time ???
Thank you. Does Ulike's product require you to keep the button pressed or does it have automatic flashing?
I believe the newer Sapphire Air models are automated now. On my one you have to keep hitting the trigger button.
Thank you.
I got an IPL device around 8 months ago, but even after 12 sessions, my underarm and bikini hair were still the same.. My skin is light and hair is thick.. My mom also didn't see any results, even though she has a hairless body and only few hairs in the bikini area.. The device I got was Eosika and it costed around 100$.. So should I blame the device? Or is it me and my mom who have a problem? So in other words, do all IPL devices work well despite their prices?
Not all devices are the same and some are absolutely more effective than others. IPL will be less effective on lighter hair though so that may be an issue here.
Confused about how long to hold it in one place. Do I keep it still until the flash happens and then inch along or do I slide it along slowly (and how many inches per second?) until it flashes? The instructions in the manual are not clear at all. It says a couple of ways to use it that actually cancel each other out (I’m guessing it’s the ESL translation issue) but I don’t want to burn myself by mistake. Do I go over the same area a few times if I’m siding it? Twice? 3x? 4? The way they advertise the longer time frame between on and off suggests that you are meant to slide it over the skin but it doesn’t tell you how quickly to do this. And your video seems to show you pausing between flashes. Confused.
You pause until it flashes and then move on.
I only can buy the phillips Lumea in Mexico :( I can't find the Sapphire Air +. Would you still recommend the philips?
It's not quite as effective but still greatly reduced my hair growth.
@@thehonestchannel Hmmmm that's disappointing. I now see the Ulike one you bought on the Mexican Amazon but it's sold by a Chinese/Japanese company and has bad reviews :( I might just have to stick with the Phillips because I know they are reputable. Hopefully if I use it for longer it will be effective
@@thehonestchannel They tell me at my salon using different types of lasers is advisable for hair removal. I can't help but wonder if you had better results because you ended up combining the IPL with the laser? Does that make sense? I'm having my Brazilian area professionally done and she said she needs to combine both for the best results.
@@katyrosemarketing Philips is still a good option. I think combining (though not at the same time) laser and IPL most certainly improved my overall results.
Har match day 4RABT pe bet lagana aur jeet ke emotions mehsoos karna, IPL ka asli essence hai 🌈
Could it have problems with melamsa if used on the face?
They do advise to use it on a lower setting on the face, probably for that reason. I’m not sure how much research has been done on the link between IPL and melasma but I’ll make a note to take a look at it on the channel.
Thank you! Do you think the Tria Laser would be better for the upper lip ? But is more painful that this one?
@@vivixwaldo4227 The laser is only painful if you haven't shaven, otherwise you just feel a little burst of heat - nothing to worry about though. I suspect the Tria may be better for the upper lip, mainly because the Ulike head is quite big which means it's suited to larger areas.
@@thehonestchannel Thanks
Suggest me which ipl is better with your experience plzzz and. Budget comparison
If I was starting over I'd go with the Ulike.
Is the ulike ok for Brazilian areas ?
Yes, you can use it on the bikini line.
yeah you can these days confusingly, people call it the bikini line even though thats not really what that term meant. but yes it includes vulva hair removal too
So is U like better than Philips Lumea advanced?
Yes, I do think this has the edge.
Can we use the ipl on tattoos ?
No
can you hold the button down for a few seconds to trigger the auto flash mode? or do you have to hold it down all the way?
I believe the newer Sapphire Air models are automated now. On my one you have to keep hitting the trigger button.
Can we use it on the legs if we have varicose vein?🤔😬
I haven't tried it for that but they're designed to target the pigment in the hair follicle. In other words, I would only buy an IPL hair removal device for the purposes of hair removal.
One of the similar device named Hyundai is available in china too is it also good to go or similar to Ulike?
I'm not familiar with that device I'm afraid.
Can you give us an update :)
I use the Ulike every couple of months on some stray hairs but otherwise the results have been long lasting.
Says your code doesn't work 😞
Thank you for letting me know. Which country do you live in and I'll check what the issue is?
How long does ulike last
I still have a few stray hairs on my legs but otherwise the results have been permanent (so far!)
@@thehonestchanneltnk you but I meant, how long does the device last (in terms of years) , cos I know it has limited flashes
Can we use Ulike on face?
Yes you can.
@@thehonestchannel what about philips lumia is that good to buy specially for face?Which one us best for Face hair?
😍😍😍😍😍😍🤩😍😍😍😍

Dosto, 4ra ke saath IPL 2024 mein participate karo, analysis karo, smart bets lagao aur jeeto 💡
I wouldn't do this at home, i had mine professionally done and it lasted like ten years.
I tried an at home one and it made my hair grow back under my skin, i literally had to pick each hair out and caused massive scaring
That sounds awful.

code not working
I think the code has expired now, apologies. I've removed it from the description for the time being and will try to source another.
How is this the honest channel if you're sponsored by ulike?
I am not sponsored by Ulike. If I was sponsored by them I would make that clear in the video. My commercial policy is linked in the description.
