I regularly ponder how top level investors are able to be millionaires off investing. I've got a critical amount of capital that needs to be started, but I don't even know what methodologies or paths will help me make decent profits.

True, A lot of folks downplay the role of professionals until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers back after my lengthy financial setback, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat hence I researched for licensed financial advisors and came across someone of due diligence who helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation to 165%

I have Karen Marie Gendron as my financial adviser. She has a solid reputation when it comes to diversifying portfolios and making. Them less vulnerable to market downturns. She may be a name you are already familiar with from Newsweek.

@Rozay171 Understand this, with a job, your livihiood always depends on the hands of someone else. Move to another job, the hands that feed you are now transferred to someone else. You will never learn to feed yourself with your own hands. You think working for someone for the rest of your life is the way we all should live? We should think higher than that....be greater than that. We should not be a work slave for life.

My last job was paying more than 2x the one that you say you left. I didn’t quit, but I knew layoffs were coming and chose to just let it happen with no backup plan. It’s been 9 months of “fun employment” and life has been good. I’m fortunate enough to have saved well enough while gainfully employed, that I don’t even need to come close to 4% to cover my costs. I’ve also been doing fun things, like playing music in bars, breweries, small venues, etc… for small amounts of money (“spending money”). I’m not sure my financial path ever leads me back to a 9 - 5.

My husband and I quit our jobs at 24yo travelled around the country with our camper for 4 months loving that lifestyle. We decided to start a business, so we could retire early and keep travelling the same way. By age 35 we could have sold the business and retired. The thing is, that's all we would have ever had. We had changed, prefering resort holidays 4x a year, and our beautiful home vs living in a van.
Plus the business was well set up, easy to run, and we enjoyed it. So we decided not to retire. Just sayin' you might get there and change your mind.

I have always felt like having a job “got in the way” of me doing what I wanted to be doing with my time. I like the money coming in, but didn’t like having to be at work for it. The pandemic opened my eyes on that and that is when it really sank in. Everything was shut down and employees were sent home (we were paid for a year) to work from home and that was beautiful - do nothing and get paid !!! It gave me a taste of what retirement would be like and I was ecstatic. My job/responsibilities was not something I could do from home so it was heaven. And that is what started it all for me. Now, as you stated, I don’t like going into work and have the feeling of boredom fighting for that 3% increase.

I’m going to disagree with the message in this video. The less you make and save today, the more you will have to make and save in the future. In other words, you are forgoing an earlier retirement in life in exchange for having more “free” time in your earlier years. If that’s what you want, so be it. But the video doesn’t address retirement. I’m glad i put my time into a 9 to 5 job for my life. I turn 55 next year and will be retiring next year and will never have to worry about money ever again. That would not have happened if i had quit my job and did something i liked more but paid less.

I was a paycheck-to-paycheck person, even on a $200k salary. But once I made the right choices and shifted to investing, my wealth started growing exponentially. Now, I get the same thrill from seeing my money grow as I once did from buying stuff I didn't need. And the best part? I've built a successful 7-figure portfolio that generates passive income and continues to grow steadily. It's a great feeling knowing I've taken control of my finances and secured my financial future.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

It can be a daunting endeavor. I measure my progress monthly and I focus more on dividend stocks.
I measure based on dividend income. I've heard many people say "cash flow is king".
First it was 100$/month , then when I made a bit more at work I invested more.
Seeing the difference comparing year 1 with year 2 was a great motivator.
I do have a fairly balanced portfolio but we all start somewhere.

Moving from a single income to a dversified income is way better than what some call job security. I find I actually function better and less bias to the company its self and tell my leadership what they need to hear rather than what they want to hear. My income has increased over time. Rental income, and other income sources. I have been working on my retirement the entire time. Now I'm hoping to start being more intensional with that nest egg, and look at transfering some of my realestate and other income to more passive sources. Cause as you found out being a landlord is not all sunshine either.

Try this. See yourself as your own little business of one. The goal is to save and invest money for your future so that someday you won't have to work . To do that successfully will take time, like 30 years if you do it well. You will change jobs many times. 100k is a good start but if you are successful you'll be able to do much better than that. With that perspective the job you left was just a stepping stone and how they treated you, up to a point, doesn't really matter.

IF you have a Million $, IF. Then in the U.S. you would need to make over 9% in dividends or $90k (6.5% after taxes, $65k) to get by on average in the U.S. Finding these stocks is not hard, but usually they are not safe investments. The Average Dividend % for a stock on the S&P 500 is about 1.2% which in the case above would provide $10.2K/Yr. which is not alot of $. IF you have less than $1 million, you will need a much higher % dividend which is very challenging.

the source of courage resides inside of you. Set yourself up the best you can. Set a time frame for your self and make sure you have a financial cushion on the back end of that time frame. Have some sort of plan for if things don't go according to plan. (Get another job. Take on a side hustle, etc) and the last bit is just jumping. The better prepared you are the less scary the jump will feel.

One question, if everyone quits their corporate jobs your passive income goes down to the sewage right? How your stocks will pay dividends if a stock is a peace of a company and companies won’t have any employees left? we are all living passively! It’s hard to advocate to all they should quit their jobs while your very “main stream” of passive income depends on people going to work.

yes I always have thought the most precious thing for me is my life, so that's why I don't want to sell my time to other people. I won't let chemicals control my life (think the SF street situation). Some people say there is a thief that stole your time so you become old, but to me, it always started as a gift, for me, so I would not complain that the gift is becoming shorter. It was a gift to begin with. Unless it is infinite, it has to become shorter at some speed.

52:10 Strong BUY. Still early innings. NVIDIA is the dominant leader in AI and the preferred technology partner globally. Even w new competition on the horizon, NVIDIA is far ahead of the competition. 85% market share. 76% margin. Unrivaled demand for new Blackwell chip. Demand far exceeds production for Blackwell through to 2025 and beyond. No competitor has anything close to Blackwell. And forward P/E is about 33 (cheap for a high growth stock). Buy this stock and wait. You will be rewarded

I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me personally . This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. A licensed adviser whom has made me over 5 figures in profit in less than seven months, handles my investments. I could leave you a lead if you need help...

I hope you comprehend that people from countries like south Europe seeing your videos they would rather to lough than cry when you talk about money. Please give some advices for people like Greeks. Most of them don't get more than 10.000€ to 12.000€ per year. Of course there are exceptions but most of them get as much as you spend for peanuts per week. Nevertheless the country is always amazing no matter money etc. Still love your video's it's ok for Americans.

It's great that you discovered passive income by dividends, but in order to live off of dividends exclusively most people would need around $750k minimum in assets, and that's the low end. That's not at all realistic for the majority. This is why rich families stay rich, because they live off the money their assets make. But if you weren't born into a rich family or inherited a large sum of money, the goal trying to live off dividends is pointless and you should focus instead focus on a 401k or Roth IRA so that you can retire comfortably.

You don't need to give up your job and invest. If you just have the enough money to invest in one real esate, and keep doing that all in. You can have a rental income without need to go to work.

Correct. Her problem is she was “giving her all” at work. That’s an ego trap. You can go to work, do a decent job, and then save your energy for outside interests and income streams. If your job doesn’t give you enough time get a better job which may pay lower (again ego inhibits that).

😂 you'll definitely work until u die. This information is not bs. What u and many others fail to realize is that the money you're wasting on bs is the money u could be investing. The "lot of money," that u need has to be saved up and invested over time so that it grows into the amount u need to leave your job. That's how it works I've personally seen this. The problem is ppl rather waste their money on things that won't help them in the long run than on investments that's going to allow them to be free enough to live on their terms. Yes u do need a lot of money DUH that "lot of money," comes from smart financial choices the choice to invest over wasteful spending. Instead of buying bs invest consistently the money will generate more money with out u putting in work that's how u get money to work for u. I've seen an invest portfolio of 460k pay 4500 a month in dividends that's 54k a year outside of income from your job. I've seen a portfolio that makes 73k a year that will eventually grow into over 100k a year and u think this information is bs I feel bad for u it's truly sad. I'm willing to bet that u are saying this is bs without having tried anything that is said in this video I'm willing to bet u have nothing invested outside of your company's retirement account I'm willing to bet u have ZERO experience with anything she is saying. Smh sad how bout u educate yourself put this information into action before u judge. And FYI I have investments worth over 1M and real estate properties I could quit my job today if I wanted to but I have a 5 year plan to complete first so you are wrong this information is not BS.
