I have pvc in the wall n the bottle trap is metal ...I've been confused on how to transition them .I was thinking a frenco rubber boot but then it would be outside the wall showing ...it look like you used a bow adapter but I didn't know if that was going to cause problems please help!

Use the bow adapter and spray paint it to match the wall color

Did you drill into a stud or did you not use the anchors for some reason?
There is a backer board put in the wall before the wall was tiled, the sink screwed into the backer board
