Open Settings => System => Troubleshoot => Other troubleshooters =>Keyboard => Run. 3. Uninstall the keyboard Driver then restart the PC. Windows will automatically install the driver.

A short should be under a minute so when I edit in Camtasia, I keep the short to 59 seconds.
@@pstutelar In shorts, the screen size corresponds to the size of the phone screen, and as in normal videos, its not possible to move the time forward and backward, so it can be done by touching the time in the comment.
