Sure I'll vote for her but, at the same time, is this the most inspiring person in the whole country who can represent the majority policy preferences? I mean, there has got to be somebody better. This isn't a judgement on her as a person, but she just doesn't have that political charisma. The country isn't going to vote for a mere sharp critic of the existing order. We don't need Noam Chomsky we need MLK. Plus it makes the Green party look totally inept to nominate the same person every cycle, confirming in onlookers' minds that like the potential candidates are like the bar scene from Star Wars.

I’m a special ed teacher. Hiring methods, certification methods, and pay ALL need improvement.
60% of students in my school have an IEP!! Autism rates are exponential. And much of this is due to the chemicals in our food and homes. The USA allows chemicals until they can be proven dangerous. Europe does it the other way around likely why their Autism and cancer rates are lower than ours, and their life expectancy MUCH higher!
Its gotten worse in some european countries.

Well said, thank you. Such a beautiful, truthful comment is rare. The only way forward, the only path that can assure a sustainable, kind and beautiful world is the foundation of "loving kindness and compassionate understanding" that you speak of.
I would add, although pessimism is destructive, the path ahead is going to be difficult unless humanity understands that human destructiveness arises out of ego (thought-centered awareness). The wisdom of mystics and sages goes unheeded. As well, humanity must dispel its illusion that we are separate from one another. We are all one. Thought-centered awareness creates fear and the illusion of separateness. What must be understood is the bottom-line admonition of every great Teacher: Know Thyself.

I love your attention to the need for the US to focus on making housing affordable, loan forgiveness, healthcare in Medicare for all, informing us of how much wars are costing us. I talk to many young people and yes…. They feel hopeless! Something needs to change. It makes me sad that I will vote for you but because of the media focus on the two parties and exclusion of third party candidates in debates, I will most likely not see my candidate elected. Yes…. I stayed home for the primary because why bother.
