Great stuff, thanks for sharing. Nice interesting commentary and all the camerawork really brings us along with you both. Looking forward to the next one. Cheers and congrats.
Hi from the South East of the Uk, am lucky enough to have visited Norway, Sweden and Finland, really want to go back so much, so beautiful, and people are so caring too, Keep up the great work x
Thanks Luke. I'd take your van, these overlanding rigs can be a truly miserable experience in the cold/bad weather. The forest roads up north are generally very well maintained and there's virtually no one around so it's easy to get off the beaten track without having to get off the beaten track if you know what I mean. Cheers mate 👍
Who needs a post card ben & tris when you've got beautiful footage like this 🙌🥃👌 have you changed the tailgate on the truck ben or is that an independent wheel carrier 🤔 oh and love the 270° awning been looking at one if these for my Lux 👍
Cheers mate! Yes I replaced the bumper a few years back (after reversing into a tree 😂), so I bought an AFN bumper with a rear wheel carrier and a jerry can holder. It's ok but the light packs are dodgy which always gives me a headache when it comes to the MOT. The awning is a Foxwing, gives plenty of coverage 👍. ATB mate.
Thanks mate, the lantern is by MIFA camping. I got it sent to me for free, it's primarily a Bluetooth 360 degrees speaker which is really high quality but the unit is pricey at £179. Worth buying if you need a quality speaker but not worth it otherwise in my opinion 👍
Honestly Ben, your filming and editing gets better and better every video. Really gives the feeling of what it's like to travel there and the beauty of the place Add into that your humour and poker faced sarcasm makes for a great viewing. Definitely going to Sweden at some point, maybe even a long distance drive from Spain. Great video mate. Atb. Martin.
Hi Martin, thanks mate, we had enough time to get some good shots on this trip! You should definitely visit, a drive up would be great, lots to see along the way but you need time. I was knackered by the time we got there, I think that's why I crashed the drone 😂. Hope all is well in Catalunya, it's miserable here mate. ATB 👍
@@Adventure-Outdoors for sure, I'd have to make it a two week trip and camp on the way but definitely something I'm considering for next year, looks amazing and so much space. Good to know the bears stay away :-) and good to know the drone survived the crash, they're not cheap to replace. All good here although not been out hiking or camping for ages, all being well hoping to do so next week, in the Pyrenees again. Nice and cool up there now so good time to camp. atb mate.
Do you manage to get from door to door in 2 weeks? We’ve been dying to get up to Sweden but we can’t get more than 2 weeks off work so haven’t bothered so far, as it’s a fair old trek from home
We had 2 weeks up there but another 2 nights on the ferry and 2 nights getting there and back, so 18 days in total. The drive up from Rotterdam is awful, most of it is heavily congested especially the stretch through Germany. I think it took me 10 hrs to cover 400 miles on the way up. I've heard rumours that the old Newcastle to Norway ferry route will be reinstated in 2026 so that will make a 2 week trip much more feasible! Atb mate 👍
@@Adventure-Outdoors yes I’ve seen reports that route will return. We’ve been tempted to get the ferry across to Holland, then another to Norway but it’s expensive and doesn’t save much time. Think we’ll have to wait a few years… Looks another great trip so far 👌🏼
Good night. Adventure. what a insane ~faerwell!🤙
Great to see you overlanding again. Looking forward to part 2!
Cheers mate! 👍
Very beautiful trip and pictures !
Looking forward to part two 👍🏴
Cheers Kevin 👍
Cracking video mate! I was gutted when it suddenly ended there! 🤣 looking forward to part 2! 👌🏼👌🏼
Cheers marra! I’ll have to get on with part 2. Looking a bit breezy for your camp with Lee next week like, full on storm conditions 😂👍
@@Adventure-Outdoors 👌🏼👌🏼 Hahha were hitting Northumberland instead of the Lakes, such a difference but just a tad windy! 💨
great to see you back out in the truck, cant wait for round 2 👍
Cheers mate, it was good to get back out overlanding after so long 👍
Great stuff, thanks for sharing. Nice interesting commentary and all the camerawork really brings us along with you both. Looking forward to the next one. Cheers and congrats.
Cheers Andrew, thanks for watching! 👍
4:46 nice one! I was at the same point, taking the same picture in 2013 :)
Wonderful Ben & Tris - the perfect autumn getaway!
Lovely video and soundtrack.
Glad you got the droneback.
ATB mate

Top job! 💪🏽
Hi from Celle, Germany
. Thank you for this great Video !
Thanks for watching 👍
Looks amazing never slept in a roof top tent definitely looks better than a tent 👍🏻🏴
Cheers mate, yeah it's comfy in the roof top tent. It's also a right pain in the arse to get it on and off the truck 😂👍
@@Adventure-Outdoors not long converted my van to a camper i will never sleep in a tent again it's amazing

Great video mate. I'm seriously considering selling my van and building an overlander and doing the same

No but I plan to do one very soon! 👍

Hey. Great video 👌 What was the name of the campsite you stayed at in Sweden? I didn’t catch the name and I don`t think it was on the screen 😊
Thanks! We stayed at Lofsdalen campsite and Mora campsite (where we stayed in a hut), hope that helps 👍
@@Adventure-Outdoors Thank you 😊 It does 👍

@@Adventure-Outdoors cheers bud.. yeh just checked the price 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Great vid! How do you find these camp spots?
Thanks! Most of the time we just use Google earth to find forest roads and then just see what turns up as we drive 👍
