we used to feed over 600 pairs of bearded dragons that used to be our business. also monitors green bask geckos and frills. all readily took them no issues
Just curious, where do you get your feed/water gel bowls/tubs you are using? I've been wanting to use them for my roaches but can't seem to find them. I know I'm across the pond from you, but I'm sure I could still get something. What are they intended for originally, that may help me track them down. Thanks!
Sir i have watched your videos and i find it very informative in breeding dubias...i would just like to ask? Do i have to use heat pads for my colony? Are there any alternatives if heat pads are not available? Hoping for your kind response on this matters - from your filipino fan and subscriber God bless...
andrew jade mantos HI sorry i dont come on this channel much now. the only other alternative to heat pads is to heat an entire room as we did at the roach hut
Thank you sir...I started breeding 8 pairs of dubia...just a very small colony...hope to breed them faster...il just stay tune to your channel...thanks for your generosity in sharing your techniques...
What happens if 1 escapes? I heard that they would die cuz it's not warm enough. But my husband said that they would go to your computer or tv set since it's a source if heat.
They can live in somewhat cooler weather actually. However, they will not breed unless they are very warm, usually 90 degrees or higher. Therefore, they are not considered an invasive species in most homes, with the exception of places like Florida where it is very warm and humid. (Blaptica dubia roaches are actually illegal to own in Florida unless you have a special permit.)
If it helps everyone you can get the feeding trays in ikea as we saw them three weeks ago when we went to the Hamm show. Hope this helps Steve
Ahh, I never even thought to check with IKEA. Thank you very much! I really appreciate it. Keep up the video's, I enjoy them.
