You’ll always be the best Hades 2 content creator in my mind but I really enjoy these videos when you cover other games as well. This one and Realm Of Ink are my two favorite games you’ve featured on the channel. (Besides Hades 2 of course)
I liked the visual style of the first game, also the combat was pretty good and it was the main reason i played it. Need to try this one before i say anything but the change in style puts me off a bit, i get that it may look better but idk it feels too generic
Yeah I completely understand that point of view, I never played the original and I come from hades 2 so it just feels like more of the same but unique in its own ways, I’d wait to see how the game develops if you’re currently on the fence about it !
Yeah, I think that’s the smartest choice right now. It really does have great bones and a ton of potential. Just needs a bit more polish overall! I’ll continue to make videos on it, especially with each update that comes out. Very excited for the games future
its tough that the VA in this game is so obnoxious, though i think a lot of that is from the audio mixing. they feel like theyre speaking inside my head lmao
Man this is such a good visual upgrade compared to the first game, which was also rough with the controls too, you really needed to get used to the clunkiness in that one. In this game I can actually tell what the character is doing and when the enemies attack lol Other couple of points mentioned: - The auto-sprint feature also comes from the first game, and I guess the devs decided to leave it as its own unique mechanic. Still Hades 2 manual sprint is the way to go for sure. - First game was 2-players max, which was the whole reason I finished it in the first place. Multiplayer roguelikes with friends is great, and this game aiming for a 4-player mode is just amazing.
I never played the first one personally, and this sequel has its own share of problems but that’s the point of early access! once it’s all said and done I think it will be a truly top tier action roguelike. Thanks for the great insight
The game has some pretty gnarly audio issues right now. So I apologize in advance! Did my best to mitigate it for y’all :)
You can do no wrong

Thanks mate 🤠 Hades 2 will always be the main stay here but I’m glad people have been enjoying the variety as much as I have
Wizard of Legends 2, yay or nay? Personally, YAY
It’s a yay for me already, and I think with some updates it’s going to be amazing, if someone’s on the fence about it I’d say wait and see
good video man :)
Thank you very much!!

Game looks really interesting, but I think I’ll wait till there’s a bit more content (and they fix that audio bug lol)
