I sent my heads to the machine shop for valve seals and valves now I don't know which is which I know one has a 8 the other a 9 any suggestions quick as I find out I'm going to use this method to installation thanks for posting
Sorry to here about that ,it s the way do it, did you used new bolts and did you clean the bolt holes out, been a mechanic for all my life done 100s of them never had a problem,truck in the video is still running,anyway iam not in to bashing people,have to say you did something wrong! Did you surface everything!
37ftlb, loosen one turn, 22ftlb, 90deg, 90 degrees...done Torque to Yield TTY Bolts. You will snap bolts if you follow this incorrect procedure. Bolt manufacturers must generate these incorrect vids!!
Just got the heads bolted down went flawless going to get the rest together this week thanks a million keep twisting bolts brother and god bless

This is completly wrong i broke a head bolt off on my ranger thanks alot buddy you cost me money i dont have

73 ft lbs is not enough to snap a head bolt. not even close unless you used an old bolt or low quality off brand bolt set.
Joseph I don't think you bought new Head Bolts and installed them? You used the old ones? Not suppose to do that
