We did this one year when we tried growing corn. Blanching and freezing is a great idea for preserving lots of veggies! We have the same scale! ❤✌️🇨🇦

Why haven’t I ever thought to use a wide mouth funnel?
Probably the same reason I didn't 😂 It works really well and the handle catches the side of the bowl. A cereal bowl would work too❤
