We can apply visa without booking flight / hotel but are flight tickets required to be provided before Departure?
It seems it is required for Ok to board status however that is only for ECR passport but what about non-ecr?

I have applied visa for Dubai on 2nd Sept and I applied for date from 4th Oct to 21st Oct.
MMT has applied my visa on 4th of Sept 2024 to embassy and I supposed get Visa by 9th Sept.
But today I got mail from MMT that Dubai immigration department asked to show both side flight ticket booking and all days hotel booking first.
They have not given visa, it's required to have Hotel and Flight ticket booking first before Dubai Visa.

@@ItsMeZealot no need ask for his rental agreement copy and uae id copy. During immigration say that you are visiting your friend for a holiday and will be staying with him. But make sure to book confirmed return flight ticket.
