There are not enough job offers in UAE, also don't believe DHA will open the job market easily in particular for Consultants position being not UAE citizen. Normally better to go through private job agency which applies high tax but at the same time is the best way that DHA will accept you as they receive a return from the agencies. If you apply by yourself they will start asking more documents than previously requested, they will search faults or gaps to make you fail. I told that by personal experience.
Yes definitely there is a difference I have mentioned in the video that in gulf countries doctors are paid on the basis of their experience their nationality and their degree. Like if you are graduated from ukr USA you can earn more as compared to Asian people

Honestly speaking if you want to work at the doctor in foreign countries it's really difficult to find a job as a surgeon but it's very easy to find a job in medicine or in GP setup

You must be knowing that in mscp or mrcs there is no clinical experience while the demand for doctors in UAE is clinical experience
