GDRFA Entry Permit Indian is for Indian passport holders with US VISA… They charge 170AED to issue a 14 day visa (same as on arrival visa, but can be preapplied)

I tried GDRFA website but it's very confusing to understand.
As I am travelling via Emirates, applied through them(Have US Visa). Got entry permit for USD 50.. On hindsight should have just tried for VOA, could have saved some bucks.

I applied on visa 2 fly and i paid visa fees then they asked for flight tickets and hotel bookings I wasn’t sure if i will get visa before departure date so i had to cancel my visa request. I don’t know how to get visa before booking tickets and hotel bookings.

It depends from when your visa validity starts. If the visa is shows as valid from 9th then you cant travel on 8th. But why is it blocked ? Where are you trying to
