If you end up messing with your ssd, there should be a little metal prong that screws into the mobo to raise the end so its not bent like it is, but otherwise you didn't do that bad. Just next time, two hands on the ram sticks works better for installs 😂

To those of you who are building your first computer, it may seem scary to build a computer, but once you built your computer and everything works, the feeling is really rewarding. My friend also completed his in 2 hours, so you may find it easier than you expect.

The end result is pretty decent, tho i recommend not using only one hand, set the camera somewhere and properly attach the components, the ram, m.2 and AIO was a bit discomforting to watch. Its better to properly install components than making a mistake that'll tip off the pins or bend a few screw holes. But since it looks like your pretty new to pc building, for a newb, you did alright but you can do better in the future.

Please do check that the big powercable connected to the motherboard is properly connected. Was hard to see, but looks like theres a tiny gap between the connector and the socket on the motherboard. You dont want it to short circuit one day :) Since you have an Asus motherboard all you need is Armory Crate, it'll install all you need to get wifi going, no need to manually download files :)

the ram installation had me crying of anxiety. you gotta press the ram down with your thumbs and equal force. dont just slap the ram on there and pull up the lever. dont be afraid about applying pressure. the parts in a PC are overwhelmingly resilient. I dropped my cpu in pancake batter once and it still worked after a rinse of water and a couple of silica gel packets. so stop being scared and the process will be a breeze next time

If you were to want to still use ethernet rather than wifi without having to run a cable, there are devices that let you use your houses electrical wires to run internet from an outlet near your router to one near your PC.

Just a few things to say, white aesthetic but a black mobo and cooler, not to mention an LCD 360mm cooler should not fit on the top of the case, and you could’ve spent less on the cooler to get a better gpu. The SSD standoff should’ve been moved but I think I saw u say u fixed it. And one last thing next time your installing any component use two hands, the way you installed the ram was probably the worst part

I was gonna hate but i see you are new to this kind of stuff, you should immediately remove your nvme because you bend it very hard and put the support screw(it is not a screw but i don't know the exact name look in to your manaul for the mobo)underneath to support the nvme and not to bend it like that :)

One tip, delete the eset virus stopper. Almost noone uses antivirus programs, and windows already has its windows defender installed and u should be safe if something sus is going on windows will notify you, the antivirus program only slows your pc down. Another tip, your other 3 fans should light up also, the probably spin but they dont light up so check if u connected everything properly. And you didnt have wifi couse u needed to install drivers for the motherboard, you also need to install drivers for the cpu and the gpu also so everything works like it should, and if newer drivers relase for the gpu u will need to update them occasionaly :)

Just so you all know, I fixed the SSD. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about the RAM installation now. I should also mention that this is my first PC build which I did without much help. This video shouldn't be seen as a tutorial on how to build a PC because I am a beginner. There were other parts that I couldn't film, like the cable management and plugging everything in, because those required both of my hands.
