    So the pfd and mfd still aren’t touch screens? It looks like the only touch screens are those little pads?

      Yes. In fact they are called Garmin Touchscreen Controllers (GTCs). They work really well once the pilot is properly introduced. The GTCs are in the right place to work effectively even in rough air. Fly Safely Train Often .. DR

      @@RWRPilotTraining Thanks for the fast reply! I’m getting ready for my IFR check ride in a few weeks. Then right on to the CPL. The G1000 has been absolutely awesome. Looking forward to getting my hands on a G3000 someday!
