Same Problem is there also in my CA Firm where once you are Registered in Articleship then you have to devote all 3 Yrs for Old Course Students/ 2 Yrs for New Course Students as the case may be in the Same CA Firm, Even in the First Year where Articles have a Right for Articleship Transfer they don't allow Transfer in my CA Firm & also Torture such Article after that, also threatened by destroying there Career if any Action has been taken against such Principal by Article. Also Behaves very Badly from Articles in comparison to Paid Staff most of the times. Now I am in Second Year of Articleship as per Old Scheme & want transfer from my Existing Firm due to my Health Issue & also too much Mental Torture Faced by me in such types of CA Firms which is now beyond my Control and Sometimes they says very absurd words to me and also Insulted to us against Client, Staff now it has a very bad impact on my Health also. I am living in Delhi which is away from my Home Town due to Articleship. If such Types of things can't be Stopped then how one can Refer CA course to our Friends, Relatives etc in Future as it is now a Cause of Concern for Articleship Students. Now I have Quitted from my CA Firm but they are Now sending Person at my PG by dettering me to come Office. How I can take Transfer from my CA Firm Now else I have to Quit my CA Course as we can't bear such Torture any More as has been said that "CA is not a Life, but it's a Part of Life." Thank You.

Challenges to aayenge this degree has its worth. You have to motivate. IAS jese exams me attempt limited milte hai and log pass percentage jante hai unka. Phir bhi fight back karte hai. Coz they know ki they will clear and give themselves the best reward they could ever give to them . CA aaj ke time me bahut hai sab 8-12 lac ki salary me khush rahte hai. LLB ki sabhi lawyers ke paas hoti hai par sabhi apni field me excellent nahi hote . its advisable to Take Dummy And Join as a Paid Assistent, and learn Whichever work You want and if the CA behaves Improperly just Keep him in his place and search another CA firm Rasing your Issues Before ICAI is like complaining a theif about his robbery.
