Hello shri , thanks for your love ❤️. The panchamrit formula given here is for preconception and pregnancy phases. All the knowledge given on this channel is as per the Ayurvedic Samhita. There can be different references so you can follow whichever suits your body.
Do you also have a hospital or clinic for normal child delivery? My experience with the allopathic hospital for child delivery was horrible, I and terrific and I am planning to try out Ayurveda delivery process if available. Awaiting your response.

Hello dear , proper diet with maximum portion of legumes and whole grains . Exercises like regular walking , squats , yoga under supervision and daily Abhyanga . These will help you in normal delivery
Ubtan (Herbal Powder Mixture) Making process : - Take 50 gms Chandan powder (santalum album) - Take 15 gms Haldi powder (curcuma longa) - Take 25 gms Besan (gram flour) - Mix all ingredients properly - use mixture daily instead of soap - use it after abhyanga massage while bathing with warm water.
