Where did Caesar get the idea to build a second wall to keep the Gaul relief army (outside) at bay?

4:41 *Gauls had been trading with the inhabitants of the british islands prior to the Romans "discovering" them. Caesar knew of the the islands, his men knew but are very superstitious about it. The notions that tge Rimans just found out about the British islands is laughable.*

Exactly, this is junk and reminds me of History Channel asserting the Vikings found England by accident and had no clue of its existence before crash landing on the unknown island of distant Briton... Hahaah its pretarded...

Bit of butchery of the events. Ceasars diaries dont quite put the conflict against the Helvetti like that, or the others.

Thats not accurate summary in many ways, the most obvious mistake is asserting Caesar was only aware of Britonic Islands via greek texts. He was well aware of its existence and learned first hand information and influences with the mainland Gauls as well as the coastal tribes such as the Menapii, Marinii and Venetii (just a few examples).
The same for true for Celtiberians on the Atlantic and basically it wasnt news by Caesars time. The Belgii and Atrebates were also property holders on Briton Isles.
Do youre homework and tell the tales in full aspect and with the more intricate aspects of the history, this channel is History Channel quality... mediocre at best.
