As a South Asian I find it interesting to see how youd interpret South Asian culture into a pokemon region. What I can take is most of your Devar Region is based on Indian Hindu culture aa well as Neplese and Bhutanese Hindu/Buddhist culture. Which are very Alien to myself as British Bangladeshi Muslim and most of what I recognise from my culture is more in line with Pakistan, Afghanistan and Muslims of North India. So its kinda a learning experience for me. Tho the region doesnt feel like it rep South Asia as a whole and is more Dharmic religions inspired region.
Wow! I am Indian, and I LOVED THIS! Especially what you did with Hawlucha- the multiple inspirations around Garuda are on point! Even the machamp line was brilliantly handled! I just think that you could add chittal deer inspirations for the monsoon form, but even this interpretation was so interesting to see! Love love love! ❤️

For a Fighting type pokemon I think the martial art "Kalari Payatu " would be perfect . I think giving Lucario a regional variant of this form would be Awesome If you could do that.

Hey Prag, You know, in my Fakemon region, based on the western ghats of India. I also created Monsoon and Pre-winter forms for SAWSBUCK. You weren't able to distinguish much between Winter, Autumn and Pre-winter. But as an Indian, I was able to create a new Pre-winter form. I was wondering if someone published a fakemon very similar to mine, will my design be considered plagiarised. And also I created the grass starter for my region in 2016, which is grass cat. It was created much before the reveal of Sprigatito. So if in future, I decide to show my region in youtube or other social media platform, will it be considered plagiarism?
In my honest opinion, I wouldn't worry too much about it. With how many different people there are in the world making Fakemon, you're bound to make something similar to another person sooner or later. The first Fakemon I made came out way before Swirlix but is so similar if it weren't Nintendo I'd say they stole my idea.
If you aren't planning on monetizing it, you have nothing to worry about at all. If you're simply planning to display your region on yt and not make a game of it, you still don't have anything to worry about. If it looks wayy too similar to someone else's design, you can do a side-side comparison to prevent misunderstandings, although like the other commenter said, with the number of artists for fakemon, there's a high chance that many fakemon look somewhat similar to each other. If you do want to claim "rights" over an idea and want to be seen as its original creator, have it out somewhere on some platform rn, so that you can use the date of posting it as proof. And lastly, if you do plan to make a game of it, you'd have to keep that free anyway.

I think the reason for Flamigo's type is it's related to ostriches, and ostriches are known to kick lions away with their strong legs. Just a thought though, might be wrong.
I have an idea or two for the op/pseudo-broken mechanic for this region. ''Kundalini'' or give it any similar resembling name.... You see a pokemon has 6 stats to work with; hp, atk, def, spa, spd, spe similarly, in kundalini the pokemon and trainer has to work with 6 chakras/stages before reaching the final chakra..... with each stage adding a mandatory 5 base stat to each stat... therefore, starting with speed, ending on hp.... (5*6 = 30 increase) after the 6 chakras/stages completed... Grants the user additional 70 base stat increase to be used. This 70 is up to the trainer to distribute freely where they want thus, total 100 increase similar to mega evolution... difference, no different ability... 70 base stat freedom to be distributed anywhere held item not required [like mega stones]... additionally when the process undergoes first time in the battle, the user gains an *accuracy* or *evasion* stat boost [effect of 3rd eye chakra, on 6th stage]... however, it goes away upon switching..... [ similar to intrepid sword ability...] the base stat changes made is consistent throughout the battle.... Usable by all pokemon... once per battle.... [additionally,] the region can have gems-stones an items inspired from astrology... which basically add a second type in a mono type, or changes one of the current type in a dual type pokemon. [stab is lost on the type removed] 18 gems [ using normal gem on normal type mon, its other 17 permutation makes a pokemon typeless, if used by single type mons. makes a dual type pokemon mono-type ] type changes made is consistent throughout the battle... there is also the presence of ability gems, which raises a stat by 1 stage each turn [similar to speed boost], at the cost of ability being removed [ op on slaking and regigas if they were here]... [ devhar-slaking based on kumbhakarna] ..... however the stat boosting effect of the gems goes away after switching out, [similar to nerfed intrepid sword].... the ability lost by this gem is not recovered however.... the hp-gem however works like regenerator ability and is consistent throughout the battle 6 gems [gems *cannot* be knocked-off] [though gems can be flinged[the terra blast of this region], having a nerfed z-move like effect] [flinged ability-gems reduce opponent stat by 6 stages or puts them on hp loss timer, loses effect if switched.... if used in doubles and multiple mon hitting move, 3 stages] item clause; gems-stone can be used on one pokemon only.... gems comes pre-activated as the pokemon enters the battle... kundalini has to be activated... the mechanics could be used together or separately on different mons, depending on team building. .... therefore, 24 gems and unlimited combination of kundalini stat spread possible on a single pokemon! that's Devhar for you!

I have an idea or two for the op/pseudo-broken mechanic for this region.
''Kundalini'' or give it any similar resembling name....
You see a pokemon has 6 stats to work with;
hp, atk, def, spa, spd, spe
similarly, in kundalini the pokemon and trainer has to work with 6 chakras/stages before reaching the final chakra.....
with each stage adding a mandatory 5 base stat to each stat...
therefore,
starting with speed, ending on hp.... (5*6 = 30 increase)
after the 6 chakras/stages completed...
Grants the user additional 70 base stat increase to be used.
This 70 is up to the trainer to distribute freely where they want
thus, total 100 increase similar to mega evolution...
difference,
no different ability...
70 base stat freedom to be distributed anywhere
held item not required [like mega stones]...
additionally when the process undergoes first time in the battle, the user gains an *accuracy* or *evasion* stat boost [effect of 3rd eye chakra, on 6th stage]... however, it goes away upon switching..... [ similar to intrepid sword ability...]
the base stat changes made is consistent throughout the battle....
Usable by all pokemon... once per battle....
[additionally,]
the region can have gems-stones an items inspired from astrology...
which basically add a second type in a mono type, or changes one of the current type in a dual type pokemon.
[stab is lost on the type removed]
18 gems
[ using normal gem on normal type mon, its other 17 permutation makes a pokemon typeless, if used by single type mons. makes a dual type pokemon mono-type ]
type changes made is consistent throughout the battle...
there is also the presence of ability gems,
which raises a stat by 1 stage each turn [similar to speed boost], at the cost of ability being removed [ op on slaking and regigas if they were here]...
[ devhar-slaking based on kumbhakarna]
.....
however the stat boosting effect of the gems goes away after switching out, [similar to nerfed intrepid sword].... the ability lost by this gem is not recovered however....
the hp-gem however works like regenerator ability and is consistent throughout the battle
6 gems
[gems *cannot* be knocked-off]
[though gems can be flinged[the terra blast of this region], having a nerfed z-move like effect]
[flinged ability-gems reduce opponent stat by 6 stages or puts them on hp loss timer, loses effect if switched.... if used in doubles and multiple mon hitting move, 3 stages]
item clause; gems-stone can be used on one pokemon only....
gems comes pre-activated as the pokemon enters the battle...
kundalini has to be activated...
the mechanics could be used together or separately on different mons, depending on team building. ....
therefore, 24 gems and unlimited combination of kundalini stat spread possible on a single pokemon!
