Yep. The Starmobiles, Ogerpon, Bloodmoon Ursaluna... Even Ultra-Necorzma and Eternatus Eternamax to a lesser extent. Not to mention all bossfights from Legend Arceus.

NGL, I'd prefer if they stopped making weird battle gimmicks each generation. It stops being exciting and surprising to become repetitive and it takes time and resources from the development that they don't exactly have to spare, given the deadlines they work with.

It's about making a good and polished game with neat characters and locations to discover, not about creating some eye-catching mechanic to be the focus of the game and then disappear.
I like my ghost types to be less of just ghosts (dusknoir, Gengar, good pokemon, but theyve never been my favorites) but more animalistic or object based (Houndstone, Dragapult, Decidueye, Basculegion, Palossand, Litwick, the list goes on). Pangrudge is one of the best examples i've seen of a ghost pokemon ever.

i agree with this but in a way that i’m on board with (not saying you aren’t, can’t tell from your original comment) a neat play ive seen is people using intimidate pokémon alongside neutralizing gas weezing, your intimidate mon gets sent out first and gets the attack drop, weezing comes out to nullify abilities, then when weezing goes off the field intimidate procs a second time without needing to switch out your intimidate mon, which i find reaaally gimmicky and fun so that’s why i personally like the sound of bintattery’s ability
i love the amount of thought and research you put into your designs! all of the cultural inspirations and the reference to pangolin trafficking are fantastic ideas, and it’s great to see someone bringing important things to light.
I absolutely love how Panghost's line's ghostly scales could also mirror ancient Chinese practices of burning tortoise shells for fortune or for telling the future, works very well with the typing and design concept!
I love how you perfectly showcase and give example to a half creature, half "human" pokemon without it having to look humanoid. I wish Gamefreak implemented this again instead of giving pokemon that look like people in suits.

The lore behind it is amazing too! I didnt even know they were trafficked, i feel so bad. Even tho i dont enjoy the spearrisen form design, i like the lore behind it. Dont get me wrong, the artist did an amazing job, i just dislike the slimey look. I wish the pokemon was real, probably would be one of my top 3 favorites. Huge props to you and the artist

(Also, evolving something at absolute minimum friendship might be actually impossible- Pokémon gain friendship when leveling up.)
Ok this is my favorite Fakemon group of all time, they’re so in depth and some of them are SO FRICKING CUTE. I’d use most of these in a playthrough. Only problem I have with these is the Steel type overlap
electric was the first type i specialized in, and i LOVE bitattery! and as an anklyosaurus fan, I love masticks! i can't see myself as ever being able to evolve a pangrudge, but i like the idea of finding one in the wild and changing its mind about humans
considering that walking helps your friendship stat pangrudge would have to be super cool in order to make it worth it. and you delivered. pangrudge is super cool and it spirize form is epic

Okay, but being able to turn playable Pokémon into boss battles akin to raids would actually be a pretty great mechanic. I can imagine that it immediately turns the battle into a multi battle and that the boss will fight solo to compensate for the difference. They’d go down relatively quickly, but could potentially devastate a team first.
The little ovals on terrabears claws remimd me of those, perhaps like those you might find on a bear claw pastry? I doubt its intentional at all but it looks cool and terrabear is definitely my favorite 😅
One idea for a suggestion is what if Scyther had an evolution of every type I mean we already have 2 with Scizor and Kleavor (Aka Bug/Steel and Bug/Rock) So what if there were different evolution methods that gave Scyther the other bug combinations including it's original type Bug/Flying and also Pure Bug
If you're up for taking suggestions maybe Spearizing could have 2 versions - one like how it is and one that makes it resist everything but not do effective damage
