I bought a 1965 Econoline pickup. Will it run?

This pickup has sat for years and was recently worked on by someone who had too many beers. Can it be roadworthy again?

the title got my attention. E series were for vans Econoline. F series were the pick-ups.
This is a cross. Definitely a van front
