My scent of the day is Mugler Aura Sensuelle. You are correct in that Armani Si has been reformulated, according to feedback on Fragrantica. I haven’t smelled the new one at all but also didn’t fully get along with the original. It was a like but not a love and I still only have the original rollerball I bought when it was released. I think it’s the Cassis for me as well as combined with the other notes it comes off as a wine kind of smell. That smell also has that fermented aspect to it and I can’t fully get along with it. It can tend to smell like bad sweat if you know what I mean...lol. They’ve been reformulating many perfumes over the last few years due to the revised IFRA standards. I think it’s that for the most part and sometimes it’s also for cost saving as well. It’s really bad. I also recently bought Lancome La Nuit Trésor Musc Diamant and am not sure about it. It has so much White Musk it smells like the same type that the Body Shop uses and I never really liked that. It gives me a powdery bathroom vibe sometimes and I much prefer the Narciso musks or even more animalic types.....but I still need to give it a 2nd wear. Who knows, maybe I’ll change my mind, lol. The perfumers who created CH very good girl are Quentin Bisch (the creator of Delina and it flankers ),and Louise Turner who created CH good girl and all the flankers,so it seems you must be wright that Very Good Girl are combo of these two perfumes 😊,love your content.
I had the same issue with Si. I found if I sprayed in the air and walk through it it’s absolutely delicious. Especially if you layer it with your favorite vanilla. It’s one of my favorites now and I didn’t like before. Love your channel thanks for everything you do.
Oh my gosh these are all scents I've had my eye on! I really love the new Si Intense, there's something in the Si fragrances that drive me crazy, I think cassis is something that works for me. Thank you for another great video Ilythia
When was it reformulated if you know? I got a bottle as a gift in 2018 and havent used it yet and now I am conflicted because I smelled it a long time ago and I remember loving it.
Hi Ilythia! I definitely agree with you that Si has changed, because my bottle which I've had for a couple of years is a golden liquid, whereas yours looks really pink. I get compliments if I wear it, but it's better on cooler days. It becomes a bit musky on warm humid days, which we get here a lot in Queensland, Australia. Cheers Linda ☺️💕⚘

I agree with how you feel about Si! I haven't been able to love it the way it is loved, but maybe it will grow on me with time. And I think it is because of that one note I get right when I spray it. I'm happy I am not alone haha. Also, so thankful for the channel and the content you do. I was re-arranging my perfume collection a couple of days ago and found 2 perfumes that I have neglected for a while, but have been loving ever since I found them again: Bvlgari Omnia Coral (because it just makes things feel brighter and more summery these days) and The Body Shop's Black Musk (the more I wear it, the more gourmand it gets, and reminds me a little of YSL Black Opium.) So those are probably the scents of today and tomorrow for me (almost like scents of two days - sorry) haha :)

Armani Si has definitely changed. I've tested it soo many times at ultas and loved it and had it on my list. Then I got my own bottle this week and was like wtf...this smells like a nail salon. It was so disappointing. It's not the slightly boozy vanilla scent that I loved. I checked the bottom of the bottle ten times in search of a different name but nope. It's just reformulated.

SOTD: Olympea by Paco Rabane, it was my first blind buy after the first video I saw on your chanel. I am starting to wear it since in canada the winter are so cold I wasn’t pleased with it in winter, I loved it with the warmer weather recently.
I love very good girl by Carolina Herrera. It’s definitely on my to buy list. I had a spray on a piece of paper a few weeks ago and it’s been at least 3 weeks , the scent is still present and strong on the paper and I can always smell it 1meter away from it when I walk past by where I put it.

SOTD: Xerjoff Blue Hope 💙 Montale Sensual Instinct and Instant Crush didn’t work out for me. I purchased samples based on the comparisons to BR540, but I don’t think either of them smell like BR540. I find them to be stinky, for a lack of a better description. I’m sticking with BR540! I really wish I liked Armani Si. So many people love it, so I keep going back to it thinking I missed something. Unfortunately, it smells sour like wine or beer to me 🤷♀️
I absolutely love Musc Diamant! (It’s Diamant, like the diamond rock 🙂 not Damient, hope this helps!). I love how calming it is, I wear it to bed a lot! 😍
My SOTD is Paco Rabanne Olympea. I absolutely love this perfume, but I am having some really terrible health issues today, I hope that doesnt spoil this one for me.
