I was at the game too and at half time I wanted to kick every one of the arsenal players in the face. Slightly different feelings at the end of the game though ;)
You guys play beautiful attacking football at first half and arsenal were caught off guard. Proved to be a fatal mistake for Mcdermott to continue with that tactics in the 2nd half. Fair play to reading fans for applauding at the end. Great lads

Arsenal 7-5 Reading? Arsenal came back from 4-0 down to beat Reading in probably one of the most astonishing English League Cup matches in the competitions history. Also Arsenal 3-2 Hull City. Went 2-0 down in the first 10-15 minutes, reminding people of Arsenal's shitty starts from previous matches in the season. But then Cazorla brought one goal back, then Koscielny nearly broke his leg to equalize for the Gunners. And then in extra time Aaron Ramsey scored the goal that not only won the FA Cup, but ended 9 years of pain, torture and misery without a winning a trophy in doing so.
Yeah but it was in the capital one cup, so the game was as important as a turd, the ones in the video are comebacks in the champions league final, the last game of the premier league, etc.
Josh Moore okay then, I suppose we can say Man City's comeback is no big deal cause it was against a 10 man QPR. Saying that "it's just ______" is the biggest pile of shit anyone can say in trying to play down a comeback.
Reading 5 - 7 Arsenal: Reading 4 nil up but Arsenal brought it level with goals in 89th and 90th minute, then to go on and win it in extra time. An incredible match for neutrals.
Obviously the liverpool comeback was the best as it was against the best team in the world at that point in time and to go on and win the champions league!
As a Reading fan, I was proud to be at the game against Arsenal. Leading 4-0 to lose, 7-5 in Extra Time. Even as a fan of the losing side, what a game to see live.
i was at the city qpr game, when we were 2-1 down in the 90th minute i couldnt believe it, i thought we'd blown it, i remember thinking the stick i'd get from my mates if we'd lost or drawn, when dzeko eqaulised only a few people around me cheered, because the rest thought there wasnt enough time, some people even walked out, but when aguero scored that goal i went mad, i actually started crying because i was so happy and some guy i have never met before just hugged me, then when the ref blew the whistle i ran on the pitch, probably one of the best days of my life
Anyway I do hope you guys find in more content for videos like this instead of just the BPL. I am really interested in what happens around the world too. Other than that I love your channel! I hope Eli keeps finding more derbies!
R. Antwerp F.C. against Vitosha Levski Sofia R. Antwerp FC turned a 3-1 deficit against PFC Levski Sofia into a 4-3 win within five minutes on 26 September 1989. Having drawn 0-0 in Bulgaria, the Belgian side were 3-1 down at home with five minutes to go when Nico Claesen made it 3-2. Within two minutes he had struck again, with an 89th-minute Raphaël Quaranta strike completing a jaw-dropping Lazarus act.
There was a game in the 2010 African Cup of Nation between Angola and Mali.. Angola were leading Mali by 4 goals to nil. With 12 minutes remaining in the match Mali managed to score 4 goals and end the Match as a draw. With Keita the captain of Mali scoring two goals to help his nation fight back and claim a draw.
As an Arsenal fan it hurts me to say this but the 2006 champions league final would, IMHO, be a great come back. I hate it but objectively speaking it was a great comeback. Both sides fielding in the decade's legends.
Not an arsenal fan but their comeback against reading was probably the best. They were down the whole match until the 96th minute into added time and scored just before the whistle for full time, and then they ended up winning by 2 goals.
Charlton 7 - 6 ( forgot who it was ) Charlton was down 5 - 0 in the first half. Within 10 minutes of the second half, it was 6 - 1. Then Charlton scored 6 goals in a league match.
for me #2 beats #1 because 2 extra time goals to win CHL after virtually losing the whole game is something that will never ever ever ever happen again.. probably.
Liverpool were massive underdogs though, that liverpool team should never have won the match the players it had let alone reach the final, 3-0 down after the first half, imagine what that would do for morale and hop then 3 goals in 5 minutes, I would agree that was the best come back, but hey maybe I'm biased as I'm a lfc fan
***** you do have a point.. perhaps it was just the way the united win went down.. my sister wanted to turn the tv off saying "its already over." then shit went crazy.
I'm sorry but Reading 5-7 Arsenal. A reserve Arsenal team are 4-0 down away to Reading in less than 40 minutes and look to be heading out the cup, only to make an incredible comeback, equalising with the last kick of normal time and going on to win in extra time
8lukes I'm sorry as a reading fan I have to say reading we strong at that time in the premier league beating the likes of Swansea west brom West Ham narrowly loosening 4-3 and 1-0 to man U and 1-0 to city without the horrible ref disitions against us we would of stayed up so don't doubt the royals URZ
i think the Reading vs. Arsenal match should be there. arsenal came back with 7 goals from being 4-0 down, now thats a comeback! and also the tottenham 5-2 match and the unforgettable Crystal palace vs liverpool 3-3 match, i team what a great comeback for palace
Birmingham city vs Bolton last game of the season, (birmingham HAD to win) bolton went 2-0 up (80 min) birmingham comes back 2-2 to stay in the league!
Reading 5:7 Arsenal 4:0 down early on 4:2 88th minute scored twice to go to extra time both scoring before we finish them off but I remember the Newcastle one that was strange
You missed out Arsenal's amazing comeback where Reading were four goals up and arsenal made it 4-4 just before full time... And the Arsenal magically won 5-7
Arsenal 7-5 Reading. After Reading lead 4-0 in the first half, Arsenal came back and won it in extra time, after Arsenal scored to tie it up in added time. Extra time had a share of 4 goals, 3 from Arsenal 1 and from Reading.
a good international comeback was recently at the world cup how the Netherlands crashed our dreams after scoring 2 goals in the last 5 minutes of the game after starting the second half winning with a 1-0 :'(
St Johnstone v Aberdeen Scottish Cup semi final St Johnstone were a goal down until Stevie May with two late goals put us through to the final St Johnstone went on to win the cup!
HOW can you be so thick to think City v QPR was a better comeback? Did QPR have crespo, shevchenko, pirlo, dida, staam etc in their squad? Were they the then mid-table team playing the best club team in the world at the time? Nah lad, your football knowledge is shit.
My Top 5: 1. Man City 3-2 QPR 2. Germany 4-4 Sweden 3. Man Utd 5-2 Tottenham 4. Real Madrid 2-1 Barcelona 5. Arsenal 7-5 Reading (Other 5 That Missed Out) 1. Germany 3-2 Hungary 2. Holland 3-2 Australia 3. Tottenham 4-4 Arsenal 4. Korea 2-1 Italy 5. Crystal Palace 3-3 Liverpool

Real Madrid vs Atlético de Madrid? 2014 Champions League Final in Lisbon. Atlético Madrid opens up with a 1-0 lead off a Diego Godín header that Casillas nearly kept out. As time is running down and the Madridistas are desperate... Luka Modric takes a corner kick and delivers a brilliant ball for Sergio Ramos who heads it into the bottom left corner to keep Los Blancos alive. Extra time and 3 goals by Gareth Bale, Marcelo, and a Cristiano Ronaldo penalty kick help Real Madrid achieve a thrilling comeback victory to claim La Décima.
Palmeiras 3x4 Vasco da Gama, Final of the Copa Mercosul 2000 Vasco with a red card, on the road, and trailing by 3x0 until the 15 minutes of the second half. Romário, Juninho Pernambucano e Heltón were some names of that wonderful team.
Anyone who knows football knows the rivalry between the two Manchester clubs and knows how big it was for city to win the title how they did. It number 1 no arguments
Even though I'm a Reading fan, Arsenal beating us 7-5 was one of the best. I was at the game and I remember how bad I felt afterwards :(
I was at the game too and at half time I wanted to kick every one of the arsenal players in the face. Slightly different feelings at the end of the game though ;)

Once I saw the title of the video I knew 2005 champions league final would be no.1
Obviously the liverpool comeback was the best as it was against the best team in the world at that point in time and to go on and win the champions league!
Should've mentioned that City were 8 points behind Utd on April 8th but came back to win the league on May 13th.
As a Reading fan, I was proud to be at the game against Arsenal. Leading 4-0 to lose, 7-5 in Extra Time.
Even as a fan of the losing side, what a game to see live.

As an Arsenal fan it hurts me to say this but the 2006 champions league final would, IMHO, be a great come back. I hate it but objectively speaking it was a great comeback. Both sides fielding in the decade's legends.
A couple years ago, my team was 0-3 behind.. But in the second half we stepped up the game and won 5-4. Pretty nice comeback if I must say so myself..
Love these
Not an arsenal fan but their comeback against reading was probably the best. They were down the whole match until the 96th minute into added time and scored just before the whistle for full time, and then they ended up winning by 2 goals.
