    People should come here legally and not try to come here the wrong way. Otherwise, they learn ways to beat the system without paying taxes. We educate their children free, pay free food stamps and section 8

    It is the responsibility of Congress to give the right information, when it comes to enforcing a policy. Greencard or permanent residents that entered legally here have been deported from left to right due to misinformation. I can understand others, that doesn't understand about permanent residency. For those that may be helpful; A permanent resident card has an expiration date. First card is valid for 10 years and then it expires. If anyone choose not to become a Citizen can reapply and get a new card for another 10 yrs. In total 20 yrs. If someone still doesn't apply for their Citizen, they joyfully return to their country. Depending on status, a permanent resident can apply for their Citizenship after 3 to 5 yrs. It isn't difficult to keep track of people, who are overstaying their visa and entering this country illegally.

    The correct name for the green card is a "Permanent Resident Card". That means you are supposed to live in the USA PERMANENTLY if you have that card. You are not supposed to be out of the country for over six months. If you just want to visit then get a "Visitors Visa card". If you want to travel to someone else's country, you have to obey the laws of that country. If you do not break the law you will not have any problems.

But" We welcome all who want to call this land home and want peace and who will love this land and its people of many faces. But" If you have hate or ignorance or bigotry or a selfish heart then you are not welcomed. You do not have the right to decided whether you were born here with 400 year ancestry as a right. My ancestry is 15,000 to 40,000 year's and you who call my land home with hate have not even scratched the surface of existence on American soil. We are native American mix bloods some with white skin. Hopis white brother pahana is such a person a mix blood of natives blood and white.

      If you're not of aboriginal/amerindian descent, you're the offspring of an invading culture or people. Your legal status is fake. You and your forefathers were never offered an invitation to visit, let alone stay. Cosmic laws will eventually rectify the genocide and invasion of the Americas.

    • @maxtheexplorer2511
      @maxtheexplorer2511 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Danny Tsai it’s the same. You have to apply for a returning resident to the embassy and provide the necessary documentations as to why you had to stayed outside the country. Example, present the medical certificates and doctor’s notes if the reason you over stayed outside US was due to medical reason.

    • @CleofeC
      @CleofeC 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      before you overstay go to the us embassy and inquire that you have a situation they can give you extention or other advised medical reason your parents or child needed your care

      Airport officials were following the text correctly. Green card holders from the 7 countries cannot be allowed in without permission from the secretary of state or the secretary of homeland security.

      rosi green card is not permanent stay it is a temporary stay in usa , if you brake the rule on green card, like never learn english you will be deported and will not be come usa citizen. that is how it should be, but the idiots democrats gave citizenship to those who didn't learn English even being 25 years in USA. especially Mexicans.

    • @ronaldovicencio2668
      @ronaldovicencio2668 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      wrong,alexa,that's why it's called a "LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD"!that doesn't sound like,TEMPORARY to me.but applying for naturalization is another case.i'm with you with this one,all applicants for US naturalization should learn and use the language where they plan to be a citizen,even force themselves into learning the language by taking some english lesson or attending ESL.i know a lot of people who for some reason,until now couldn't speak nor understand a single english word,but they've been here in the US for 3 decades,and to top it all,they're already naturalize citizens!
