Instant yeast 3g(1tsp)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
White sugar 25g(2tbsp)
Egg 1
Milk 140ml
Unsalted butter15g
Purple sweet potato 3
White sugar 12g(1tbsp)
Unsalted butter 15g(1tbsp)
Black sesame seeds(optional)
356 F/180 C bake for 20 minutes

I was thinking of modifying your recipe a bit and using cubes of guava paste, which is very abundant around here, and seeing the outcome. Keep up your great work!!
