Absolutely epic sounds. I have to ask, since you rightly point out its similarities to the Prophet 600...is there a chance you'd be willing to make some of these patches in a set for the new Behringer Pro 800 clone?
These lights are not only a gimmick, they are necessary because you have 6 voices to allocate to 6 sequencer tracks. And yes, it looks nice, it has an eighties Knight Rider touch ;-)
On the Sixtrak, can the arpeggios be saved as part of a patch (with the arpeggio pattern ready to go)...Like your patch at 4:12 "2 Sounds Simultaneously: Arpeggio & Bass"?
No. In general, arpeggio data on 70s and 80s analog synths will not be saved in a patch. This applies to all vintage Roland Jupiters, Junos, Sequentials, Korgs... Saving these parameters in a patch is a feature of later generations of synths.
Very musical instrument. Raw, fat and singing synth 💛💙
Man, I had one in 84. Sold it for a DX7. Had a 106 and an Ensoniq Mirage. Let them all go. Great job with the patches.
Nice!!! Had one of these!!!
Absolutely wonderful, great sounds!
nice demo...my first analog unit- the 1st multi-timbral
Sounds so goooood !
Fantastic Synthesizer 😀👍
sold mine a few years ago. Very cool little synth

The full patch bank is fantastic. Don’t hesitate if you have a six-trak
It reminds me of a Crumar synth, even though it isn’t.
So so good 🎉🎉❤🎉🎉

Yeah, why not? :-) It's on the list.
The Pro-800 video is online now! It turned out that it sounds clearly different from Six-Trak.
oh hell yes
OK... I'll admit that I like the blinkenlights that show which voices are making noise. Sad that Oberheim chose to hide those internally.

the oberheim xpander, matrix 12 and matrix 6 also show the voices when played
@@teak6306 Also the Prophet 10
I LOVE 🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹😍

@AnalogAudio1 if loading these over Sysex can you pick and choose which patches to load or is it all or nothing?
All or nothing... unless you use patch librarian software.
@@AnalogAudio1awesome thank you!
i've purchased the previous soundbank. is there overlapping, or are these all completely new patches? in which case, how much for the update?
There is no overlapping, these two sound packs are completely different.
Regret selling it!! Great synth
sounds great, where is the buy link?
If you are interested, just write an email, see video description.
Hmmm... this synth loves to play BerlinSchool, right?
Yeah, but it can do more, depends on the musicians who plays it...
Mine was stolen! Has extra midi through port.
So, how to know, do I have v14 or not?
You will not have it, unless you updated it yourself. It's not an official Sequential OS.
@@AnalogAudio1 Maybe the previous guy already updated it!?
@@ingoodmusic Very unlikely... but there is a button combination which shows you the OS, look in the manual...
@@ingoodmusiccheck esben krafts’ six-trak video where he briefly opens the synth up and changes the eprom w the updated firmware
