    Try to get the codes off it, turn key to on and off position 5-6 times do not start, get codes off it, maybe just a reset to get codes off it would fix it. A number will flash in the gear selection marker.

    i thought worst transmission and soft ever used in a truck is in our european Mercedes actros but now i see you guys have the same problems there

      Mecanic is good only software is the problem now I have 325k if u get one don’t ever update the software, + my was the first ones 2.5 years a go now probably they fixed the problems

    Mostly the problem caused by MTM which is on the top of a transmission there is an electrical components. If the prodding go away, unfortunately the transmission needs to bring down and fix MTM. Got the same issue, diagnosed by independent mechanic and by MHC results much up.

    Same as manual transmission, must staying in 1100-1500 rpm. It has manual transmission with auto clutch.

    imo the only good automated gearbox is the i-shift from volvo

      Потому что kw with paccar Двигатель когда скорость меняется engine brake не работает :( on the Freightliner and Volvo between the shifts the engine break on it’s working on Paccar between the shifts no engine brake working

      У меня три KW t680 cummins, eaton 12 speed, в инструкции красным написано: don’t drive with engine brakes all the time- damage will occur, поэтому и спросил

      У одного трака только была проблема с коробкой на 480К миль, обновили software и всё ок, кстати ничего не платил за это так как warranty до 750K.
      Делали на MHC Kenworth Joplin

    Drain your air tanks the tranny runs off air and u may have moisture

      That is all the program nothing has to do with air or anything :(
      Because the program itself thought they or self repairing so has it on brain and had plenty Glitches they didn’t test the product before putting on the road

    Put it on manual mode. Beacause in. Automatic. Revs up alike helll. You are going to trow a piston. 😅😅😅😅 I have the same truck. But that’s what I find out lately

    Grrr I f-in hate the automated manual transmissions. "Great for insurance" they say, I say, "What if goes into a transmission fault and goes into neutral on a down grade where jakes are needed?" That's the biggest fear that I had when driving a kenny t680 with that transmission.. I don't want to have that shiz happen to me if I went down the hill. I prefer manual because it's a useful skill, pick a gear you want, AND it won't go into neutral as long as you don't break the transmission or shift into neutral while going down a hill. lol
