If Tank was just a knock out artist and not much skill then he would have much more wins by decision than knockouts because of the lack of skills but because of skill he’s able to knockout more because he has both skill and power.

Tank been a ppv star making him the biggest name in his weight class the fight with Ryan only made it bigger. Devin bout fight loma to get his name and ppv selling potential higher. Shakur needs to fight someone that will shine a light on his name and get his ppv selling potential higher to make a fight happen with any big name. He locked in with ward and Crawford -two extremely skilled boxers with absolutely little to no ppv selling potential at top rank. Business means money,everyone fighting wants a big bag but can’t produce those opportunities with their own face card except tank. Dev getting there hopefully shakur don’t end up like bud and ward- undefeated in the shadows.
None of those others great fighters like Haney and Shakur can beat tank period.
