- Satyajit Ray's enjoyable detective movie, 'Joy Baba Felunath' had two scenes where songs were being played on a vintage gramophone player.
The two songs are Kesarbai Kerkar's Bhairavi Thumri & Zohrabai Agrewali's Ghazal .

I can't recall Faiyyaz Khan's recording of this Ghazal but you must be correct. This style of singing was typical of Faiyyaz Khan's 'gayaki' & it is well recorded that he was an admirer of Zohrabai's singing.
its the only ghazal recording that Faiyaz Khansahib made (that I am aware of). Its up on youtube..

You are perhaps correct about this being his only recording of ghazal. Of course, he has some some Urdu lines in his famous renditions of 'baabul mora' & 'banaao batiyaan'.
