@@bustedtire3094 mine is still on its way. I get it on the 27th... I came off of a SXF though, so I’m assuming the seats are comparable. The SXF seat wasn’t great either. 😂.
@@leep814 Hey Thanks I'll definitely check into that I just bought a really good pair of padded bicycle shorts to see if that would help. If it don't ill haft to get a seat.
probably should have started on some more flowy, wider trails. Those tighter technical single tracks can be fun, but not when you're trying to get your groove back. #BRAAP
20 years of no riding? You did great. Your guide should find another job. You actually have very good clutch control too. But, you should look into a Rekluse for that bike. Once you try it, you'll be sold for life.
@@bustedtire3094 I know the feeling, we have two side by sides and have been enjoying those for the last five or six years now. We have no intention of stopping that either. But I had a health issue and had to sell my 500 excf a year and a half ago. I had a double lung transplant and I'm on the mend right now. And in anticipation of being ready to ride again I ordered a brand new 2022 500 excf. I actually ordered it while I was in recovery still in the hospital. I'm very excited about getting my new bike. And actually we are thinking about heading down to either Tennessee or West Virginia as soon as I'm ready to go and do some riding.
@@bustedtire3094 yeah it kind of sucked. For the last 2 years I was tethered to an oxygen tank. But I've been given a miracle with these new lungs. My oxygen level is almost always at 100% now. There is some recovery time with this just because of the incision and they had to break my sternum to do the operation. I'm expecting a full recovery and hoping to be on my new bike within 3 weeks. I appreciate the thought and I'm doing great, my new bike should be here in 2 weeks. And then maybe a week of accessorizing it, and then I'm heading out to go riding. Do you live in North Carolina?
@@themarcopolo. sorry for the delay. Yes it does have the hour meter and mileage. To be honest I haven't quite figured out how to set the trips and all that stuff yet but I know it can be done.
I am on the fence about that. Some folks love it then some say it's awful. Kinda hate to spend that much money on not being sure if I would like it or not.
@@bustedtire3094 I have a 2020 xcf 450 with the recluse and it is a game changer only down fall imo is engine breaking is almost none existent. I also just bought a 21 xcf-350 and I doubt I’ll put a recluse on. Both bikes are amazing and have different purposes. I’m set for awhile lol.
@@TravisE34 Engine braking is wonderful once you figure out how to use it. When you need engine braking, simply blip the throttle. It's engaged. I wasn't sure if I'd like it either but, once it was on, I will never have a bike without it.
I'd recommend the Rekluse Radius CX. I put one in my Suzuki RMX 450Z coupled with their clutch basket and that plus gearing my bike down made it an awesome trail machine. A real game changer.
I just bought that same bike.... awesome! Subscribed!
Thank you. Did you notice how hard the seat is lol.

Nice riding and trail, I didn’t start riding dirt bikes until I was 49. You looked pretty good out there.
Thank you I was exhausted after that ride. Doe Mountain is a good place to ride.
