Charlie, I made the filling but didn't feel like making the crust so I bought some eggroll crusts from the store. The store crusts were so bad! But the filling...Oh, my, goodness! Amazing! I only made a few with the store crusts (thank goodness!) so we used the rest of the filling several different ways over the next few days. I used it to top some burgers! Made a sandwich! I kept having to get on the kids to stop eating it right out of the skillet while I was cooking and then from the bowl afterwards! They would eat it hot or cold! Next time I am going to make it with your crust as well. Charlie, You are special. Don't change anything you do. Thank you for making these videos. Your videos are pretty much perfect with all of your attention to detail, camera work, and pleasant personality. Watching your cooking videos is like relaxation therapy. It's like watching Bob Ross. Yes, I would say that you are the Bob Ross of cooking. Thanks again! So many people love what you do!

Your family must love having you make lunch and dinner at home and now I have to look for some ingredients to make that dish and eat myself until full and eat the rest later since I don't have anyone else to help me out.

Looks delish.I had shrimp egg rolls Friday night.My sister fried some talapia,made shrimp fried rice and the egg rolls!.Home made,No!Shebought them from the refrigerated section in HEB.and the shrimp fried rice from a box of Tony Chachere and talapia was frozen.But everything wa good.I can't complain,since I don't cook!Thanks for sharing this mouth watering recipe,Blessings!!!
