Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long-term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I'll also take these other recommendations you made.

For instance, if you were assigned shares at a 400 cost basis, and TSLA continued down to that previous support zone around 340, would you hold the 200 shares indefinitely? I’m personally struggling with the idea of “bag holding.” I also have strong conviction up to and beyond the 500 level, but of course we never know what will happen. I had the 442.50 put this week that I bought back on Thursday bc I was nervous about getting assigned at that level. I really appreciate your content! I’m trying to scale my account with NVDA and TSLA using similar strategies.
if you dont believe in tesla dont buy, if you believe in tesla, FSD, robotaxi, Optimus robot, charging network. its not "bag holding" its owning a company you believe in for years through thick and thin. its not about the everyday price.

If TSLA retraces, then takes months to come back up to my cost basis, then I’d have to wait to sell covered calls. There could be a huge opportunity cost if I’m waiting for a long time. Of course it’s a personal choice, just wanted to know how Ryan is managing it.

An option contract is always 100 shares. Delta is the price per dollar of movement; So if it goes up $1, then the option price goes up $0.70 (you claim 70 cents on every dollar). However the higher it goes up the more delta is earned (I think thats vega? I don't remember most of the other greeks). So if it goes up - say $20 - it may be a 73 delta; still 100 shares. If it goes up $50 it may be a 80-85 delta; still 100 shares.
@@papasammeh yeah it was a lazy comment. a long 70 delta option acts like the 70 shares. when price goes up you get more share representation in delta going up. when price goes down you lose them. the "100 shares" is what they could be if you want to give up your extrinsic value. i look at 1 delta = 1 share. i started managing my deltas a while back and it's a lot easier to look at an options portfolio this way.
The model "Q" will be under 30k with incentives according to Elon. that means $37,499 before the federal tax credit which may or may not exist after Trump takes office in Jan. FSD is $99 a month and has less than 15% take rate at this point. These things are so incredible to you that you don't even own one, lol. If they miss on earnings/deliveries this quarter the stock is heading for under 350, If they blow out earnings/deliveries its heading above 500

70 delta call is 70 shares, not 100. Only is 100 once it's way itm.
