low volume = less liquidity so market makers have to compensate by making the bid ask spreads wider. Which therefore causes larger price fluctuations even on low volume.
Thank you for the video! Awesome input. As a new trader learning, if I sell a put two weeks out, and a week before expiration, the price of the stock goes 5% below the strike price… are the chances very high to get assigned any day before expiration? Or mostly only on fridays is a much higher risk of early assignment?
Hi Big Ryan, so unfortunately the synthetic stock with a bought put to cap margin was iver 5k so the LEAP s are more cost effective but I found that I can do a Jan 16 2026 NVDA debit spread buy 136 call sell 170 call cost $1195. Sweet!
How about credit spreads. They are more capital efficient ie bigger return for the same or less margin and you can lower the position further away from the market. So you get distance as well. Another approach create synthetic stock ie sell an ATM. put and buy an atm call with the premium collected then cap margin by buying a FOTM put cheap. Far out of the money. If the puts are selling for a lot more than the calls you can see how much an ATM call is going for and sell the put that corresponds with that amount further otm.
I don't utilize credit spreads anymore because I have a large account. I prefer to get assigned on my cash secured puts. If I had spreads, I would have to manage each leg for each position prior to expiration in order to get assigned if my spreads are in the money. too much work for me.
You can fool other people but you can't for me. 🤣 If you really made that much in a month you wouldn't be here on TH-cam wasting time trying to sell your services.
great stuff, what software do you use to record your videos?
quicktime
In the context of RSI. What makes stocks move up or down on low volume?
low volume = less liquidity so market makers have to compensate by making the bid ask spreads wider. Which therefore causes larger price fluctuations even on low volume.
@@OptionsWithRyan thank you
What time frame 1 month, 3 month, a year.. are you using for the rsi. Im new and use robinhood app
daily time frame for candles, RSI length 14
Congratulations on your success 👍
thank you! i appreciate you supporting the channel!
🎉 great info... also finding out to stick to the rules and set ups...
Great explanation thanks Ryan, I've been making profit on my small account following your tutorials! 😊
awesome!
Stochastic and RSI which one is more accurate in turns of the over bought and over sold signal ?

The earliest I got assigned for a deep in the money put was 3-4 days prior to expiration. Most of the time its going to happen on Friday.
@@OptionsWithRyan Thank you so much!
So what's a typical ROI for this strategy?
3-5% per month is what i aim for
Thank you Ryan great info

Yes. I agree. Thanks.
oh i see what you meant, you are trying to do the spread for less buying power. I've never done a debit spread LEAPS before.
Did he say 119 strike price for the Dec. 19th exp leap?
Hey Ryan, nice video quality. What recording platform do you use, do you do your own editing and special effects?
I have an editor
Will you do this in IRA account?
sure
You could but the call LEAP and sell an otm call option near term to defray the cost and keep selling as desirable.
thats definitely a strategy. I prefer not to cover my LEAPS as im super bullish on the positions.
Great video
thanks Rohullah!
hi, my name is vince. i’m a beginner. just wondering to keep me up to speed, do you offer an intense training. for instance, a 3 day workshop.
Hi Vince, I will be launching mentorship this month. I will keep everyone updated here.
I am willing to hear anyone out. I can learn something.
awesome! I appreciate the support

Ok Big Ryan, sorry but the debit spread LEAP does not have favorable time decay and the max gain is only about 100% so the LEAPs are still better.
Hey Bryan, I never mentioned debit spread LEAPS. What time stamp did you see that at so I can clarify?
ok ok
This is good analysis and those black framed glasses make it look even more promising ❤❤
thanks lol! I love it
i also made over 30% in that period, yours just sounds big return because you have big capital! LOL
Great job! thats not an easy task to make 30% in a few months considering the S&P500 did 25% for all of 2024
RSI is junk and he's just click baiting everyone lol
Omg look palantier is 73 78 for days!!
Yep this guy is full of it
Anyone can see the correlation between RSI and Price movement. This is an excellent tutorial for baseline knowledge.
works well for me...made $106,000 in a few months using it. How much did you make?
