I needed to read that comment this morning in this day and age in our society of the world. With this coronavirus alot people are getting sick and bc of this virus alot people have passed away due to that awful situation. There are also people who are without jobs or concerned how long will the company keep them on the payroll? That last one is my concern been home from work since March 12th my job is inside office all i do is inside the office i am the receptionist. So i guess i am paranoid with so much uncertainties during this pandemic i am not sure of what. I was blessed with some many others who received the stimulus check. And i know there are people who are still waiting. However, was blessed to received it. But i must remain my trust not in my job, job benefits, the company, HR, president/vice of the company, or the manager of my department. My trust comes from the lord above and i ask god to strengthen me in this area of providing me to remain paying my bills and rent. Once again these are uncertain times recently the company stop paying for the bus passes. But luckily i was to buy a monthly bus pass. But i rather from that to stop then the pay check. But once again my trust is not in man but in god. I am not alone the lord is with me.
this saddens me as I reflect the amount of sin I've comitted..the earthly pleasures I've indulged in and the commandments I've rejected yet I had no reason to do all this when I literally have four books dedicated to informing me about the great Son of God and these books are a manual on how I should live..through them I can learn through Jesus teachings..my soul is healed and I can learn more about the great man who left his throne just so I could be saved and all he has asked for in return is for me to accept Him...despite all this i have still failed..forgive me Lord for my ignorance..I am not even worthy to say your name with my filthy mouth and soul..but I want to learn how to live a happy life...I hope each person reading this remembers all that Jesus has done..remember to pray for me your neighbour..the lonely homeless man by the corner.. the lost hard hearted and the people of God..I hope to meet you in the after life

May I ask your reasoning for coming to the faith? I too am a Christian, so this isn't me trying to talk you out of your belief. I am honestly curious. We see a lot of Christians deconstructing their faith and becoming atheists. However, I don't see as many atheists becoming Christian.
@@saltandlight316I too am a previous atheist. Only 18, due to some familial trauma and also religious trauma it never really made sense for me to continue going to Church- never really had the faith. Had a rebel phase. But I matured alot the pst year. experienced alot of hardships. worked hard to heal myself and work my life. Somewhere deep inside I know that I believe in God- I started to forgive myself. started to forgive my family. Stopped blaming everyone. stopped blaming God. Started believing and started loving. Thats my story

A 33y M born in a hindu family here. Today I accepted Christianity after having a genuine dream/vision of christ guiding me to light. I was an atheist since I was 17 years old and today I can feel the presence of god in me and the people around me. Why be on the other side complain and worry about the mishaps in the world while accepting the lord's word and living his way shall which by itself heal the whole world through service, compassion, devotion and prayer.

I am a professional narrator and announcer. I really like the way you are reading this-- not trying to be an announcer; but reading this in such a nice, pleasing, easy, conversational way. And of course the complimentary drawings to the narration and lettering are so fantastic! Praise our glorious Lord for His guidance to you on this creation. This is just tremendous!

As many times as I have read the words of God through Jesus and His disciples, I sense so much love and stability. I mean face it, God loves all of us. Those sitting on a throne to the ones crippled. We can't deny the fact that Jesus loves us unconditionally.

I really enjoy and understand so much more through these bible overviews. I've developed the habit of beginning book study with listening to bible project videos.

I know this is minor but I absolutely love the image of Jesus on a donkey. He didn’t ride in on a chariot or boast himself on a horse, he simply road into town on a donkey. This image never ceases to amaze me. I LOVE how simple he is.

We don't become followers by getting baptized. That would be works my friend. We become followers by faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
But that’s the gospel that John the Baptist, Jesus, and his disciples shared.
1. Matthew 3:1-2, 5-6 (KJV):
“In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand…
Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan,
And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins.”
2. Mark 1:4 (KJV):
“John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.”
3. Luke 3:3 (KJV):
“And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.”
4. Luke 24:46-47 (KJV):
“And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”
5. John 3:22-23 (KJV):
“After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.
And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.”
6. Acts 2:38 (KJV):
“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
7. Acts 3:19 (KJV):
“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.”
8. Acts 8:12 (KJV):
“But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.”
9. Acts 8:36-38 (KJV):
“And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.”
To follow Jesus is to do as he did, which includes getting baptized and doing works

I know this is minor but I absolutely love the image of Jesus on a donkey. He didn’t ride in on a chariot or boast himself on a horse, he simply road into town on a donkey. This image never ceases to amaze me. I LOVE how simple he is.
