Hi Tami and happy Tuesday! I love the banana cream cheese filling. I would use the traditional graham cracker crust and leave the out the cookie crumbles and just add the whip topping, banana slice! Looks and sounds delicious! Tfs and sending Cali love. XOXO :)

Kevin and I feel that way about so many things. There are some things that you make in big batches and when no one else will eat it, you never make it or it will go to waste.
I've recently started a sweet treat business Taystee Treats by Tay. I'm doing no bake cheesecakes right now along with cakesicles/cake pops. I'm going to try this and see how it goes. I love banana pudding and cheesecake!

maybe a vanilla shortbread? it would probably be a little softer than a nilla wafer, but that's the closest thing i can think of.
