George is growing so fast! He's so observant! He never stops looking around and absorbing everything going on. This recipe sounds amazing and the vanilla wafer one. I will definitely be trying both soon. Thank you so much!

I made it!! It is so so GOOD! DEFINTELY MAKNG THIS AGAIN!😇 you have no idea how many recipes I have watched and read.....they always took shortcuts...yet your recipe goes up and far beyond! Thank youuuu!
Neve made this before, but it’s always been a favorite dessert of my hubby. Well, he LOVED your recipe! He said this was the best banana pudding he’s ever tasted! Since I’m not a banana pudding fan, I saved some of the vanilla pudding just for me. It was rich and delicious! I printed off your recipe, and used my iPad to follow your steps. You made this easy to make, and it really didn’t take very long to make either! I was a bit intimidated to try your recipe, but I’m so happy I did. It’s a perfect recipe, and I’ll be making this for years to come thank you!
I just tried this recipe and let me just tell you, YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT REGRET IT! This is the 2nd recipe I've tried from BBB and it really never disappoints! The custard is divineeee - it really isn't too sweet which is perfect but also risky bc it's hard to stop eating even by itself lol. Mixed with nilla wafers recipe, oh my goodness, absolute perfection. I could eat the entire thing. It took me quite some time piping like 100 of the wafers lol but very worth it! If you don't feel like making your own and you're from the PH, definitely use eggnog biscuits instead bc I think it's pretty much the same flavor as the nilla wafers. Also if you can wait, make sure to eat it after refrigerating or freezing overnight. I find that the flavor seeps in more after that. :) Excited to try more of your recipes. Thank you again for sharing Gemma! 💕
You are always reading my mind...how did you know I needed this recipe, thank-you. While we are having this conversation can we do a black forest cake soon.

I haven't seen your videos for quite some time...was looking for a recipe and you popped up again! How I missed your videos - you are always such a kindhearted, calm baker! I love your recipes and am glad that I'm back. 😊
Oooh, that looks delicious! I recently made your homemade ice cream and loved it, so this pudding is going on the to-bake list. Looking forward to trying it!
Omg banana pudding is hands down my absolute favorite dessert! Sadly it usually turns out runny when I try to make it, but I can’t wait to try this recipe 😋
Made this few days ago and the taste was bomb! Shared to my neighbors too and they loved it! Thank you so much for this recipe, have been craving banana pudding for years and finally the cravings are satisfied!
Where I grew up "banana pudding" had bananas IN it. We made the pudding and blended ripe bananas in after the pudding cooled. We also used to line the pan with the wafers... like a tiramisu. Your version looks wonderful. Will enjoy trying a different way.
Wow. You couldn’t have made this any easier. I nailed it on my first try. The pudding was delicious. I tried the layered style and I whipped the pudding with the whipped cream Magnolia style and I definitely prefer the layered. I feel like the nuances of the vanilla pudding gets lost when whipped with the cream.
Your adorable little baby is like "Hey, what about me!" "Can me have a little?" He is adorable and this looks so delilcious! Thank you for sharing, this is a must try!
I've never made banana pudding. Always banana cream pie. I make a baked cookie crust using crushed vanilla wafers, brown and white sugar, butter and finally crushed nuts. Basically it's banana pudding in a pie. I'm going to make both recipes, but with your homemade wafers. They both look good, but different. My mouth is watering. It's 1610 hours and I've only had a cup of coffee and a cream cheese cookie today. Refrigerator/freezer died over the holiday weekend and I lost everything. I had just shopped July 3rd. Que sera sera. New fridge arrives the 13th. Cannot wait. Thanks for more wonderful recipes.

You can put less butter. I just love butter and it really makes the pudding taste so much better.
