#Wingsuiting is one of those things that I just _have_ to do before I die. Technically speaking, it might be the last thing I do before I die, but still...
As a "normal" skydiver with a few hundret jumps I'd say you are sick or crazy - but that words don't fit. This is incredible. Amazing, thrilling ... and dangerous. Thanks for posting this video!! Take care!
Wow. Amazing. I'm going to Rio De Janeiro in September this year, lovely to see it from this angle. That pass between those buildings though, what a buzz.
they can go by the name 'ultralight' or 'microlight.' some of them use parachute sails instead of the hang glider wings, which are the ones you see in this video. a neighbor of mine has one and i often see him flying around in the mountains (though he uses the parachute sail instead)
AWESOME! Did you guys plan to land on that exact location and did you guys plan to fly between those two buildings? or was something you decided when you were flying? Congratulation! You guys are very courageous!!!
Wondering if equipped with some light landing gear. If one could flare the suit towards the end of the drop to slow down and given enough landing area land as an airplane...I guessing one or all of you has entertained this idea. I'm definitely seeing lot's of progression in my mind, in this concept of the "Wingsuit".
If I knew someone would try something like this, I'd be the first to be at Tiradentes Square waiting with a cooler full of beer to celebrate. Awesome, just awesome.
He says, they planned to go through the gap in those buildings. That was not some kind of mid-air spontaneous decision. Amazing that you can have such control!
Man!! That was so sick!! Wish I was awake that day to see u guys landing in Downtown Rio!!! Balls of steel my friends!!! P.S: Rio is beautiful , I love my city!!
I don't know if it is still up but there was a video posted on TH-cam of a wing-suit glider & his friends attempting to glide over or through the upper supports of a girder style trestle bridge. One guy didn't make it , he impacted at about 150 mph. It was not pretty, I hope out of respect to his family it was removed.
NIce work, I randomly found your video game on Xbox Live! You and crew keep up the amazing stuff you are doing for the sport. I heard it was your birthday happy birthday from a rigger!
It is illegal without a permission. They didn't apply for a permission before the jump, because it takes a while to get it, but the did the jump early in the morning before the air traffic started.
I doubdt that any amount of flare with the wingsuits alone could arrest the sink rate sufficiently for that, whatever the landing distance. Would surely be cool, though. Surely this can be simulated at altitude with a tracking GPS to see what can be achieved in terms of minimum sink at the end of the flare. I'd love to hear about such experiments.
Awsum! Wish I had have been inside to building as u flew by!

In case you didn't notice I was playing with the words and the guys' names, that's all! If you don't want your kid jumping off the roof, don't let him climb up there the first place!
That was too sick. When he flew through that building. This guy is nuts WOW
das ist das coolse was ich je gesehen habe. die ganze aktion hat so viel style, das kann man kaum noch überbieten!

Bring spare diapers.
_"If at first you don't succeed ... don't try skydiving."_
The one I heard was, "if at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you".lol

I hope my daughter grows up doing stuff like this - live life to it's fullest, because you only have one life.
Damn, what a shame about Ludovic. May he RIP
You just flew / glided through a building. Now that is the definition of awesome...
Some people were born to fly.

You could say that about most anything in life. He chooses to risk it all and I for one admire it.
that was incredible......you have some nerve and skill........fantastic
Watch the rest of the movie. They parachute at the end. Also wing suit flying is categorized the same as ultralight aircraft in most areas.
Spec ops need to train on this, perfect silent insertion. Very cool video!!
ME ANCANTO EL VIDEO DE "DANGEROUS " DE WITHIN TEMPTATION Y AHORA ME ENCANTA TUS ACROBACIAS .
You guys have some huge balls. Awesome effort!
I actually liked how there was no music at all, just the wind rushing through.

This is awesome. It reminds me of the wingsuit in Black Ops 2 Campgain.
AWESOME! Did you guys plan to land on that exact location and did you guys plan to fly between those two buildings? or was something you decided when you were flying? Congratulation! You guys are very courageous!!!
The landing is the best part, humanity is alive!

To think that you were so close to me, at Praça Tiradentes in Rio... Wish I'd been there to meet you all and take some pictures.
it called an Ultralight or Microlight depending on what country you are in.
Hope that helps
Damn! You guys are nuts! Gave me goosebumps on my little tiny screen.
He says, they planned to go through the gap in those buildings. That was not some kind of mid-air spontaneous decision. Amazing that you can have such control!
You are the best!
I have never seen more extreme this video~
This man just officially became my role model. Take that, Dad.
Excelent video, it's like a tourist atracction clip. Althought, flying between two close buildings is risky business.

I'm just imagining being in that office building when they went by. Simply Amazing.
What people would dislike this video? Its awesome
As he approached the gap in the building: "Well, time to break my arms on this building."
Takes lots of experience to have that great of aim.

- the blood presssure during the flight: 120/80?
That was sick! Imagine anyone in the office watching you fly by are still cleaning the mess out of their shorts.
Epic ... greetings from Rio!!!
The guys in this vid got some serious guts to do this through 2 buildings!!!
How are the gliders able to elevate so high and stay afloat? Is that small propeller enough to sustain all that weight?
Nossa o centro do rio de Janeiro é lindo, visto assim do alto fica mais bonito ainda
Who does not Love or see the beauty in this is should open his eyes . This MOFO is flying between buildings like Superman !
