Sorry for the experience. If you want to import again, just try and work directly with the company, in this case SBT, and not outside firms.

It depends on the details of the car like year and month of manufacture, engine size, etc

Yes. There is a site I have placed in the description where u can check exact KRA charges. You can bargain with the seller on the purchase price.
