Hello 👋🏾 I can get it last about a week and I maintain the style by sliding my hair into a pineapple and wrapping it loosely in a satin scarf at night.

Hello there! Yes it holds up. This video is pretty old now but using a mousse and anti humidity hairspray have made all the difference in the style lasting longer.
What can I do if my roots are to straight and I have fine hair to create that volume from the root?
Hey there! I’m definitely not a stylist but maybe you could start with using lightweight products. Also, take your time when flat twisting to make sure you’ll get the definition you desire at the roots. From there, whip out your hair pick and fluff to hide any parts and to add more volume.
