Sweet girl was homeschooled. Her mama probably tried really hard to protect her and give her a good life. I’m so very sorry for your loss and for the trauma her friends will likely suffer from always. I pray the killer is found and caged quickly and permanently so nobody else gets hurt.

There are a lot of teens and elderly driving, so let’s have patience on the road. Teens are still learning to drive. It takes a lot of experience on the road to get to a good driver level and you didn’t become an expert overnight either.

This isn't new behavior in America. When I was 17, back in 1967 (and I looked 15) I was driving in a snowstorm, crossing a narrow, icy bridge from Ocean City, New Jersey. Beneath the bridge, the water was churning. I had little driving experience and none driving in a snowstorm, so when I hit the bridge I drove very slowly. A man driving a pickup truck kept blasting his horn, then pulled in front of me and slammed on his brakes, forcing me to do the same. My car skidded and almost went off the bridge. He looked at me too when he passed and he saw I was just a kid.

Some people think they own the road in front of them and will beep their horn and nearly rear-end you if you get in front of them. I have seen a driver over a block away, on a city street, do that.
Whitney is a small town full of good people. It’s time to teach our children how to really keep themselves safe. We always drove around Houston while growing up because of this. It’s not racist if it’s self preservation.

Prayers for her family, for the other victim, and the uninjured passenger. PTSD is no joke! Mind injury is just as severe, and sometimes more-so, than physical.
I pray that they catch this monster! It’s one thing to not be able to control your temper, it’s another when it leads to this! He likely has a history of extreme violence, and if they don’t catch him, there will be more victims! 🙏🏻♥️
