I also bought a google pixel 4a 5g in november 2022. Display phone se stick hi nhi tha Aapke phone me glue to hai sir 😀 Mera wala mobile ka display hi stick nhi tha phone se. And i asked for refund 5 din baad customer care me baat hui Or 3-4 number diye gye mujhe alag alag. Baad me jaake ek admi bola ki aapki refund request le li gayi hai or Pehle phone return hone k baad sab kuch check krke return denge Poori process mein 16 din lage the.
I ordered sumsang s20 from ovantica for 22000 via upi on 30/04/2023, after that next day I dedicated to cancel my order and buy note S20 instead, so I called there toll free number but no one answered, I thought they must be busy, so I all again after some time no one answered, I keep trying and trying, I roughly make about 39 calls and they don’t answered ones. so I wrote a email to them explaining all the details. Still no response I have wasted my whole day and energy contacting them. There service is so bad they just take your money and ignores you, it’s literally a fraud. I already filed a complaint to my bank. And I’m going to file another complaint against them on cyber crime office for fraud if they fail to respond my tomorrow. Also I request you guys not get tempted by these prices and make a foolish mistake like me. Be Safe from these scammers.

Sir , i ordered iqoo 9 se refurbished from Amazon 1 year earlier and it worked fine until it's 6 months warranty period, but after 8 months it started showing software glitches i thought it to be software bugs and kept my device updating but after 1 year its screen turned off, i went to service center and they told me it's Motherboard needs to be replaced and asked me 26000😢 to which i thought i bought it for 24000 how will i pay that same money.... Moral of the story you can't trust refurbished be it from Amazon,or Ovantica...😕

Be careful about buying imported models from ovantica. The supported cellular bandwidths differ according to the country. Most imported phones don't support much of the Indian bandwidths leading to sims like Jio not working and network issues in other sims. I had bought Sony xperia 5 iii and faced this issue as well.

If they are providing replacement and refund then it's great. You can't expect like brand new. Refurbished means compromised with quality, that's why they sell cheaper than original one.

I ordered a phone from ovantica and they did not have the variant I ordered and ask me to upgrade to higher variant by paying 5k extra. So I asked them to cancel my order and as soon as I asked them to cancel my order they disconnected the call and started ghoshting me and making excuses and not responding to my calls and msg. And the interesting part is that there's no cancellation option for your order,only they can cancel your order. I am still trying to cancel my order and get my refund. Ordered my phone on 16th of September 2024 and trying to cancel my order from 16th of September to till this day I:e(26 of September 2024)
